Starting spring 2020 the coronavirus brought global aviation to a sad halt pretty much preventing any cockpit filming. If flights were still conducted, national entry and quarantine regulations stopped us from chasing beauties for you. But then came Tarun with his fantastic upgraded Cessna 182. Tarun, being a friend of Frankfurt Egelbach's Motorflugschule, took us for a bitter-sweet low-level ride over Frankfurt International Airport amidst the corona crisis, giving us unique views to the grounded long haul aircraft of Lufthansa. A sad bud very unique sight. Unique also because such fun flights of general aviation planes would never be possible in normal times. Additional highlights are a breathtaking sightseeing circle around Frankfurt Downtown plus each two nice low passes in Frankfurt International and Frankfurt Egelsbach. Truely a stunning airplane. I was lucky enough to see an An-124 in Honolulu but would love to see this giant the 225. It is wonderful to see her being used in humanitarian efforts too!
