He was damn right about Clare Smyth having 2 stars just being the start... Today Core has 3 stars. If Gordon says she's brilliant... she must be one of the finest, because say what you like about Gordon, everyone from Marco Pierre to Michelle Roux Jr says Gordon's the most talented they ever met.
