Not sure where you got info, I live in Seabrook stayed up till 3:30am, lost power at 5:30, hit before what you are trying to claim....
you more than likely were put out of power by the wind that lead the storm, way ahead of the eye! They can be as far as 300 miles ahead of the eye!
