Richelieu had better armor, radar, FCS, AA and guns that are really only inferior to the Iowa. In fact she had a better stats than Bismarck and Littorio is most operational factors. But this is KC, where freaking Kai-2 Kongo can out-gun Yamato & Iowa. So historic, much balance (even in comparison to WoWs)

She will probably get a powerful Kai Ni later because in 1943 she was repair and modernize in US for "some reasons". She got Bofor and Oerlikon. Ih hope they up her Armor more than Iowa and 99+ AA. We want a Bofor, New radar and another 38cm kai.
38cm kai are medium because: The "Opération Menace" in dakar, Britain + "France Libre" have for mission to intimidate Richelieu with "France de Vichy", during the battle one canon explode and another one was temporary out of order during the battle ( problem with the powder, conspiracy Against "France of Vichy"? ). Britain + "France Libre" shot 250 time with 38.1cm and deal light damage to Richelieu, Richelieu shot only 24 time with 38cm and deal some moderate damage to Britain ships. Mission Fail. To sum up: Medium range because problem of powder, so less powder use = less range. But very powerful, Gun Velocity was Excellent.
She is only good for fighting bow on, on the plus side, that makes her practically immune from being T crossed and hardly lose firepower while in Line Abreast, kek.
May God have mercy on Admirals who have to level up and remodel Richie first to fight E-5 boss........ But as I would convince myself, Biscuit and Pasta BBs all have their second blueprint remodel so it would be natural that Richie's gonna get one as well.
