Tashkent is the First and Only Destroyer who have capable of equiping 4 equipment thanks to her 4 slot.
Maybe we can get Shimakaze 4 Slot Kai 2 to make it sluttier or maybe Fletcher class will also get 4 slot or Akizuki Class Kai 2 with 4 slot.
Note: Tashkent AA Stat is very weak for AACI and it can only get 1.5x Multiplier so don't try to set up Tashkent for AACI.

Just completed map 6-4 of Ise K2 quest. For some reason the abyssals really despise my Tashkent and proceeded to taiha her at boss node then reduce her hp to one during night battle
Looks like I chose wisely. I determined last event that I was using so much resources from running my Yamato fleet that I only had enough to look for Tashkent OR Jervis.
Alas, I shall find my British loli another time. Cute Russian was higher priority.

if they are ever going to add the mogador-class destroyer that would be hilarious, you get a destroyer thats basically a light cruiser but still has destroyer maneuverability and speed (the mogadors could reach 39 knots)
