So... is Kasumi Kai Ni D more useful than the normal Kai Ni? cuz my Kasumi Kai Ni is ready to remodel and I really need more AA ships.
yup, dispite that her Normal Kai Ni can equip commant center, theres other DD that also can equip Command center like Shiratsuyu Kai Ni and Yugumo class Kai Ni so why would you need Kasumi normal Kai Ni if other DD can equip it so go to Kai Ni D for AA power and anti Land installation.
