Thank you! My CBI bulbs are from 12/2017... Just upgraded to morimoto d2s 5.0's - Time to upgrade the bulbs - I think I am going with the Philips XV2's!!
great video exactly what i was looking for i have an old d4 cbi on my gs i want to change to cbb its worth the change in your video its almost double the output and they are brand new
Apparently, from Headlight Revolution. The CBB D4S are discontinued. I waited 2 months for them to tell me that. Too bad since they look more of a 5000k bulb. Which is what I'm looking for my GS350 Fsport At Lighwerkz the CBB show in stock go figure.
Good video, Neffex is a nice touch. I recently upgraded from CBB to CBI Next Gen and it was a huge difference in light output, why'd you decide to not get the CBI Next Gen?
I didn’t know the “next gen” was better. I knew that the CBB were supposed to be better output and color. Not sure why Osram would cannibalize sales of CBB by making a better cheaper CBI?
@@TunerwithKids I agree, I found it super odd when I first heard it. Here's a test video that convinced me to go CBI Next Gen (see at 8:00 for a summary chart). I can say the difference is pretty dramatic. ruclips.net/video/Sdo0561zy2U/видео.html
@@footballplaya3k271 CBB are still little more whiter compared to the CBI next gen, whereas the next gen may be slightly brighter. Would come down to what you want out of the bulbs, colour or brightness.

When CBBs break in after about 3 years, you get a true 7000k hue from the lamp housing. But the beam on the road strangely hits about 5,800k.

One of the other comments mentions that CBI nextgen are brighter than CBB. Not sure if it’s true but something to compare.
thanks bro, i'm actually looking to see if cbb is whiter than cbi. I have a morimoto LED fog light and it looks much whiter than the cbi d4.
