mod podge is usually not waterproof so be careful, if the stuff you have crafted gets wet, it will be sticky again!
be sure to get some spray sealant or waterproof mod podge :)
I love, love, loved this!!! Thank you so much for sharing!!! Those black heels are everything!!!
Dear,
What a suprise with yr briliant idea.. Never imagine you use paper cuttings... Really impress... Tq for sharing....
yes, because the original mod podge isn't suited for fabrics,,,its more of a paper to hard surface kind of thing if you get what i'm saying...I'm pretty sure there is a fabric mod podge you can try that..also i really suggest you seal the final product with a finishing spray such as acrylic because the mod podge stays slightly sticky and will attract dirt and debris with out a sealant
Deedee Maple Cool.

If I don't have comic books on hand can newspaper comic section do? I know the newspaper is a bit thinner than comic book paper so I'm not sure if the thickness of the paper matters
Do the pictures overlap (which would make it bulky in places) or are they being cut to fit next to each other?
If I painted shoes with fabric color and then apply mod podge on them will it last long? Or I have to cover them with varnish as well.

You can find it at Michaels, Hobby Lobby or Walmart craft isle. Really any craft store should carry it. If you're still having trouble, just ask someone who works there. Some stores put it in the oddest places because it is such a versatile art supply. (hope this helps)
