So.... do we need a sealant at all on top of the modpodge so they'll hold up better? I'd love to make some for Disney, but nervous about pop up rain storms ruining them!

Can you do this on vinyl sneakers

You will need to paint/prime or rough-up the vinyl with sand paper first. :)

Is it washable? Canvas shoes need to be washed on occasion.

I feel like you skip the step where you trim the fabric after you've cut the template. I can see that the fabric is a little bit larger than the coverage area on the shoe, and then magically, it's the perfect size. Did you use a utility knife after you'd affixed it? Or before? Please help!

So I added the three coats of fabric modpodge with drying in between. The shoes feel sticky to the touch. 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️. Has anyone had that problem.

So the glitter goes on after the three coats of Mod Podge Fabric,
without a fourth coat on top of the glitter?
I just want to make sure, I'm not a natural DIY'er.

I would seal with 3 coats of Mod Podge and then add the glitter Mod Podge. :)
