  • When it comes to adventure bike tires, the Michelin Anakee Adventure is an absolute game-changer. This tire strikes a perfect balance between cutting-edge technology and good old common sense, making it a top contender in the 80/20 tire category. I've personally put this tire through its paces on both gravel and tarmac, and let me tell you, it's a performance powerhouse.
On the road, the Michelin Anakee Adventure delivers the kind of reliability you'd expect from an 80/20 tire, but it doesn't stop there. When I took this tire off-road, it went above and beyond my expectations. It tackled challenging terrains with ease, and I even dared to push it a little harder than I usually would.
In the world of adventure bike tires, the Michelin Anakee Adventure is like a trusty companion that's always up for the adventure, whether it's cruising on smooth highways or venturing into the rough unknown. So, if you're in the market for a tire that can handle both on and off-road with finesse, the Anakee Adventure should be at the top of your list. It's the cool, confident choice for any adventure rider looking to conquer diverse landscapes with style.

Hello from Arizona USA. Anakee Adventures are almost perfect for the GS… Had a 2019 GS HP and loved em on that bike. I got like 9900 miles on them. On my brand new GS Adventure Trophy they feel a little bit squirmy not as good. The bike is definitely heavier so once I wear them out I’ll use most likely Motoz Tractionator Adventure or something similar… Just for some easy off road and high mileage. Good video brother. Take care ride safe ride long

They are not bad on the street but they track lines in the roads. They can be squirmy at lower speeds and they are not very good on gravel or dirt. They are not terrible on gravel or dirt but they don’t offer much confidence that the rear tire is not going to slide out from under you. And my least favorite thing is the front tire is extremely noisy. I even have the tunnel plate on mine to keep everything from coming up the tunnel but these tires are just noisy. As far as comfort, yeah they are soft enough for great long distance road trips but again, the noise will get you. Need to wear ear plugs and that hinders the speakers in the helmet. I should get some of those ear plugs with the holes in them to allow only close sounds to enter the ear. I never thought those things would catch on until I bought this bike with these tires. Now I get it. So if you are just going to do road trips on paved roads like highways or interstate roads at higher speeds, they work. Thanks for the video. I think my next set will be some Continentals.

Nice summary! I agree with you and i use ear plugs too with holes that cancel the high noise load, its just more comfortable.
