We have P2 case the principle applicant with 3 grandchildren are in the USA during evacuation from Qatar and we came to Abu Dhabi with 16 members of the family. We received ARR number from USCIS on 6/Dec/21. It has one google form and It want the initial information of principle applicant and she was in the USA. Therfore, we did not receive TC/Case number after that but the other who was here received It.
i think a friend of my mine was wrongfully denied adjustment. the Denial letter stated the two reasons as 1. she didnt explain well enough how she came into the country, but she came into the us at age 10. 2. was she couldn't prove that she was in the US at exactly dec 2000, but she has school and medical records from 1993 to 2015

That was in 2013. Do I need I-212 form and I-130. Or would I need different forms? Thanks

Hello, I have a question. My wife had to leave the US while waiting for her parole document was pending. She got mail stating she has to prove she did not leave the US on a specific date. And to prove she was physically present after she filed 131. She did leave so she can’t prove that she did not leave. However, she can prove she was physically present in the US after filing for the advanced parole visa. What would you suggest ? Is it possible maybe someone can help my wife win this case if her change of status gets denied? Any advice would help. And thank you.
She left before obtaining proper work authorization, from what I know, her case will be automatically denied and there’s no way to appeal that because it was her mistake. But I’m not an attorney so 💁🏻♀️

My wife’s working visa got an approved yesterday which gives me hope because I look at it as, if the OIC was to deny her case why did he or she approve her work authorization?
