ABBA started 1972. The two couples are not married any longer but still dear friends. Björn (Bjoern) and Agnetha (Ang-neta), have two children together Linda and Christian and grandchildren so they meet now and then. Now this latest production VOYAGE was made in 5 weeks of hard work 8 hours aday as Björn and Benny told. They were all surprised of how easy everything was like they left the studio last week and not 1982. Since they are very talented and intelligent people they succeded with an album. I've listened to these people since the 60-ies. I'm in the same age as Benny. Björn was in The Hootenanny Singers in the 1960-ies and Benny in The Hep Stars. The girls were vocalists in different dancebands. Anni-Frid started as a 14-year old vocalist mostly singing jazz in the beginning. Agneta was in a danceband, but has produced some recordings as soloartist too writing both notes and lyrics.
Björn and Benny wrote the songs together!! But, Benny Andersson wrote the music alone on their last album. Björn the lyrics. It is understandable when they are not sitting together writing for ABBA like they used to

Hi, yes They singing like there was teenager girl ,to match with the lyrics ,funny 😊.yeah,he can Sing too ,Always doing the choir when Anita and Frida Sing 'i like the" su pe per troo pe per " choir ,on super trooper " .there 70's pop légends .They didn't survive to the 80's unfortunately and They divorced ,Many things have changed ,couples life etc but They stil keep respect between them,no ego's wars,.good musicians,singers.and great guys. i like the lasts songs too ,least commercialsl ,but good stuff too .👍
ABBA have actually quite a number of male lead songs,although it was more common that the women held the lead vocals. But the guys singing is clearly underrated,as good as the women sings,and they sing PERFECTLY, the guys dont need to be ashamed by their vocals one bit...and they did backing vocals on almost all ABBA songs,so they were very much involved in one way or another,in the vocals of ABBA. I really enjoy it when Björn here takes the lead vocals,he does it so good..and I love this song.
Nice song, didn't know this was ABBA had heard it before always thought it was Bay City Rollers who did it, wish they had let Bjorn sing lead more often
I mean, he can hold a tone, but there's nothing particular attractive or special about his voice. It's decent, and it's nice seeing him on some songs here and there, where the style of the song fits him.
