Please don't take better help sponsorships. They're predatory and take advantage of people's poor mental state to rake in cash for uncertified, unprofessional "advice".

I love that the personal trainer genuinely helped him feel more confident and get proper form and that he asked for his contact information afterwards even if it was just a plug for the video ❤
I'm not rich, but $4500 per year for a gym membership actually doesn't seem that outrageous, especially for a fancy one? Like if you go to the gym 3 times a week, that works out to about $30 per session. I've paid almost that much for a single fitness class.
As someone with anxiety the first interaction was painful to watch but Esteban made up for it. He was so supportive and made you feel comfortable and so handsome.
To anyone concerned about the BetterHelp sponsor: I believe it was revealed awhile ago that BetterHelp contracts are usually longer term than normal (or gor a set number of videos) and do not allow the creator to promote a negative view for the term of the contract. This means creators likely could have signed a contract with them before or during the initial brunt of allegations, and have no suitable way to exit the contract until the contract is fulfilled. HOWEVER it also could simply be that BetterHelp pays them super well.
@@Morallygreene i feel like you can usually tell the case per creator by the way they shoot their sponsorship clips, if it seems low effort and less enthusiastic it's probably contractual. If the creator seems way too excited about betterhelp, they're probably getting paid real good lol

Idk if it’s what Zach meant or not, but 72-78 degree (F) pool water would feel rather cold…not freezing, but 78 would still feel quite cool to most people bc it’s so much colder than our body temperature
Would make sense, 72-82 is a pretty common swimming pool temperature especially for active pools. You don't want it to be too close or above body temperature, otherwise you just overheat.
Idk if anyone wrote this already, but i cant shut up about it. Seeing zach pronounce heimat like this makes the word feel so weird. Heimat is german and basically means home or where you feel like home. Like the city where you were born or the state, or even just your old home somewhere. youre Heimat is where you feel like youre home, so its really funny that they called the gym that, because they really clearly try to be a second home for the members.
