Too many criminals getting away with murder.
His parents are probably complicit in that they more than likely got him another car after these careless driving incidents. I don't want to call it an accident, since it seems he does not learn from his carelessness.

The judge ridiculously told Chase Jones, he could not operate anything on wheels.

It's outrageous that the female judge allowed him to bond out.. he should be made to stay in jail and up until sentenced. & he should be sentenced to prison FOR LIFE with NO PAROLE.

I know the uncle are the two girls who were deceased. And I believe that these people may be Latter-Day saints families and have a different perspective of death. The LDS people believe that we will see our families again in the hereafter and be reunited with them. Do you remember buster Brown shoes.
