A bit of a less nervous performance. They held on to the ball better. Although it got a bit hairy later on, when we gave the ball away several times.still a bit too open. The team need to recognise when to slow the game down for a few minutes, just keep the ball moving, circulating. Keep the ball away from the opposition. Then after a minute or two, when the opposition are drained, start the attack.
I think that isn’t quite a Klopp side. But they do need to learn how to kill a game and manage it better

Notice how the game practically died when Salah and Nunez came ON. I pray is as clear as crystal even to them that they're slowing us down.
If we must play Salah, lets move him to the center. Then Nunez is not a CF. Klopp must stop being stubborn and try hin on the right when possible. Stop doing the same things and expecting a different result.
I have to say I was shocked to see Salah wasn’t in the starting 11 and I did notice that. Idk what’s going on with those two but I’m praying they come back good soon.

I might opt for Sanchez Munoz of Gerona. He has taken on the big boys at Real, Barca, and Atleti and, until recent weeks, outplayed them.
Mourinho is a no no for me. I just don’t like that style of football. You end up replacing footballers with destroyers. Look at the mess he made at Man Utd. It’s only this season that they finally managed to get a functioning midfield.
Good point on Mourinho. But Sanchez Munoz feels like an eventual pep replacement given the Saudi ties. I’d love to have him though!
