I was at this show. I think at the very least the vocals in the breakdown of I was Made for Loving You were recorded.. with that there we're some shaky starts and lingering near the mic. I really didnt mind it at all. Great show. His vocals were good. I boycotted their shows after Ace was replaced by Thayer, glad i got over it.
I'm a bit on the fence about it, but there are enough little weird moments (like his voice at 2:00) that I think it's probably legit... which is REALLY exciting; I saw them down here in Australia back in 2015, still one of the most fun concerts I've ever experienced, and this is probably a better vocal than that one... I guess Paul's handled the pandemic like JBJ; they've actually rested their voices and sound really nice again!!
He's using pre-recorded vocals for parts of the performance and they've tuned down to crawling pace to try to accommodate him for the rest of the show. I guess if people want to shell out their hard earned dollars to see guys in their 70's "go out on top", more power to them, but I will be forever grateful that I got to see them for the first time in '75 and then on subsequent tours through the 70's. That's the Kiss I want to remember. Not this mess.
