Yes, the requirement to complete a survey is so frustrating especially given the award vpn page clearly says, ' Get your PIN code in 1 click'. This is abundantly not true as it takes several clicks through a series of data capture questions before being returned to a never-ending spinning disk. It would be great if the good Doc Squiffy could advise the Award vpn people that their current approach is turning people away. This may be intentional to drive users to paid sites, but there are folk in huge swathes of this planet without the means to pay a monthly subscription because they do not have access to a credit card that is accepted outside of their parent country. Come on Award, your free service is valuable to a multitude of users. A simpler, less frustrating process to use the facility must be available and should be integrated with immediate effect.

I had the same problem, here's how to solve it. Google award vpn, Under, Award VPN: Best Unlimited, Fast and Secure VPN Service, it should be the first one, click on Generate a Pin Code. On the page that pops up click on, Generate a Pin Code, and a pin code will pop up. Use that pin code and it will work.

The updates don’t work, and if they do how much time do you want to spend troubleshooting for a pin? Best to look for other free VPN. Doc Squiffy has also wiped his hands on this …

I was using Edge to get the pin. I tri4ed with Firefox and it works ok. I get a download peed of 66mbps, ecellent!
