I love this. I use Sundara's brush cleaner and it's my favorite! Gel Base is what I use to use, but the cleaner like you have is much better. I oops'd and cured one of my brushes with gel base lol then I switched to this cleaner and never worry about it
and do you just leave the gel base on the brushes once it’s all cleaned and wiped off? :-)

Thank You for sharing! 😊 I am not sure why I didn’t give more thought to the cleaning of brushes prior to buying them but I sure do appreciate this video. I want to look at the ingredients in the brush cleaner. It mentions there’s no alcohol, but I do wonder if there is acetone because I read /heard that acetone is not good for your brushes. It will eventually cause the hairs to fray. Can you tell me if you have heard about the need to prime your new brushes before use? I bought some model ones cube colors kits and there are directions about priming the brush before using. Essentially it’s loading the brush with primer or clear base gel. I need to learn more about this. Another thought is how to clean the ombré sponges. So much to learn so little time. ✌️💕
Acetone is definitely a no no for our nail art brushes.
Rubbing Alcohol will also dry them out but you can combat that with a gel base coat.
I do have to prime my brushes when they’re new. They have a starch in them that keeps them stiff, so you have to soften the brush and prime them with gel base coat.
As for the sponges, they’re more of a one time use type of sponge. Disposable
@@CaroleAnnette Thank you for replying. I’ve added the Modelones brush cleaner to my cart. I confirmed that it is acetone/alcohol free based on info in the Amazon posting. I do have the disposable cosmetic sponges. But I also have a round head sponge on a handle that is for ombré (I believe). The brush came as a set with another that I purchased. I think the brush cleaner could work for cleaning that brush as well. Have a great holiday!
