      @@liiiiam42 do you have the softweave version? I need a new chair and I cant really believe, that the softwave is better for warm days. @@datbrokkoli I have the older version (2020 i think) in the softweave and it is pretty awesome compared to the leather/fake leather. The leather seems to keep the moisture trapped while the softweave doesn't. Man, I'm on the fence here. Some people say Titan Evo is stiff af, bad quality, noise, whatever... others say it works like a charm, no issues. Then again, the Razer Iskur has a nice lumbar support and seems to be alright as well. Both are priced similar, at this stage I have no idea what to go for. Anybody with an educated opinion? Appreciate it

    • @MsabResearch
      @MsabResearch Год назад

      @@tomahawkshock9065 Hi bro, so in the end after much researching I decided not to go for any gaming brand chair. Short answer is the BS8 Pro model by Flexispot at 299 euros, 275 euros with code discount. They sell US, CA and most of EU I think.
      I came to the conclusion that Ergonomic chairs would be the sweet spot between price, aesthetics and most of all, comfortability.
      The drawback when picking chairs is that you can't test them all before purchasing, so you need to take a leap of faith since what works for person A might not work for you, and viceversa.
      However, I'm very happy with my choice. Elegant design, simple to assemble yet solid, great for lower back pose, very adjustable and comfortable seat .

      Got a feeling there's a few of us in the same/similar situation. dI was leaning towards the Secretlab chair, because it does look decent, and the skins are a reallly nice touch. Though, I've heard that even if their leather/fabrics are good quality, the base metals/plastics, are cheap Chinese junk. With various parts cracking, or breaking enterally. Plus issues with warranty requiring the original packaging, for returns… come on, who keeps their original packaging? That lead me to looking at office chairs, such as those from HM and Steelcase. I didn't like how a lot of those chairs looked, and the ones I did like, didn't have that great feedback on seat comfort (very important, imo). This brought me back to gaming chairs, and now I'm hearing about Razer's Iskur V2, which looks promising, but it's so new, there's no decent coverage, and... I don't know. Is it so hard to find something that looks nice, doesn't use poor qualtiy materals, has decent lumbar support (for a short person), and has a very nice booty cushion?

    • @audiojunkie5435
      @audiojunkie5435 10 месяцев назад

      If you have boney butt, I highly recommend the Kaiser 3 pro. The seat is amazingly soft but resilient. The only con is the lumbar isn't as cushioned as many of us would like. No idea how the secret labs lumbar compares.

    Really loved the tilt locking mechanism as even most high end ergonomic chair don’t have that, as well as the head cushion, both super soft and does actually cool. That said, I gave it up for two reasons. One, the tailbone pain. The seat phone is simply way too dense, and I’m not even that heavy at 130lbs. It’s borderline rock hard, which is a shame because it’s a great and roomy chair for crosslegged sitting or snuggling up to watch a movie or what not. Unfortunately if you’re sitting legs propped up, cross legged, even reclined, or anything other than straight up and ergonomic, you WILL have tailbone strain fairly quickly and the seat really doesn’t get much softer over time. That said, if you’re someone with more meat on their bones are someone long accustomed to very hard seat, might not be much of an issue. It’s prob mostly my fault due to my sitting habits, just don’t plan on using it as a couch alternative as it’s closer to a very firm large office chair. Second reason is though getting a larger size is tempting for roominess, get the correct size. If you’re 5’7 or under, get the smallest size. Getting a regular or larger will result in the head cushion being too high and sliding it down to support your neck results in it losing its magnet connection, so it falls when you move your head or get up and it gets kinda irritating putting it back on over and over again so you just stop using it. Only other minor complaint id have is the armrests can sound a kinda rattly compared to most office chairs, and the lumbar mechanism will make some squeaks and creaks when leaning against it. All that said, for $500-$700 it really does feel premium and worth the money, but the seat was just the ultimate deal breaker for me after giving it a chance for about 8 months and not worth the strain. A simple cushion lab seat cushion could easily solve that for most people, I simply offer for trying out a different chair.

      Well they don't expect he average person to be over a certain weight for their height, of course there are those outside of those ranges but they are a large minority. I'm 6'3" so most chairs like this tend not to fit me because I'm either too tall or too wide to fit them and I'm only around 190lbs so it's purely because I have a around a 50 inch shoulder width.
      I have an older DX racer chair and while the chair itself is comfertable I can't really lean back comfertably beause it compresses my shoulders in.
