I love seeing how people personalize their bibles with notes and tipins. Personally I use a single column journaling bible for church and study notes and love the hand full of extra note pages and graphics I have begun to add. I tried using a glue stick but have begun using rubber cement which i much prefer, not sure how it will last in the long run though.
I wish I got a single column journaling bible for the one I use now! So far normal glue is holding up great and anything that is not, is not damaging my pages. I haven't tried rubber cement! Might need to get it a try.

Can you do a video on how you do the clear acetate pages in your Bible. I've never seen that done before & I love it. I saw it in one of your other videos.
Great love this. I was wanting a journaling Bible. I have enough Bibles and books also trying to minimize clutter and spending now. Yes can do another project like this. Did you sketch the flowers first? Last video I saw you eating a smoothie bowl can you show how made it next time?
I have a lot of bibles too! I found that you don’t *need* a journaling bible because you can add pages and so so much stuff. Having a journaling bible is nice though because of the extra space it provides and thicker pages. I did not sketch the flowers first for these images! I was in a flower painting phase haha
@@MagnifiedFaith oh you are a great artist. Last time I painted flowers I sketched them out and then painted them. It was over 5 years ago when I took classes to as preschool teacher. I’m not teaching anymore
I actually got them at the Dollar Tree! And I am just using paper from a sketch book. It's heavier than regular printer paper but not as thick as cardstock.
I love reading my Bible I have a world bible school study edition journaling bible can I write with a pencil and and pen my Bible has no margin so can I write in the ages of the Bible ❤
If you are talking about the layered flaps I took my notes one, it's just patterned paper! I thought I had a video on how I did it but I dont! I basically cut out the shape I wanted in 3 to 4 different sizes and attached them to the edge of each other so they would flip out.
I understand! I have a journaling bible but was really enjoying my study bible and wanted to keep everything in one spot! Tip-ins are great for adding notes or art!
@@MagnifiedFaith I just tried it and fell in love with it....I am artist and fell in love with thrive devotional bible rose gold edition...and wanted continue grow in my creative journaling side for God....thank you for blessing of growing in deeper waters with the Lord going out my comfort zone with Lord God bless
I use almost anything. Typically 60lb card stock or even the paper in big stacks that Michaels sells. They are thicker than computer paper but not as thick as card stock.
I'm wondering if you or anyone can recommend a nkjv journaling or interleaved - white pages, red letters with large or giant (preferred) font Bible. Thanks in advance ☺️
Be careful adding pages with watercolor. On humid days the color can transfer onto your bible pages. Also other types of color markings can bleed onto or through pages.
@@pamm2230 So far so good - but I do try not to leave my bibles in humid areas! I do think markers tend to bleed/transfer more. Always a risk I guess 😅
I add my pages by running a glue stick down the edge of the paper it works great and not drips or mess, and I can keep it in my pincer pouch
Iv’e done it a few times like that and it never stays! Maybe I don’t put enough 🤷🏽♀️
@@MagnifiedFaith mine have never come out, I use the extra bond craft glue stick
Beautiful watercolor design. Thanks for the bible journaling tips!
Thank you! I need to do more of these!

It would be nice to see how you glued gunned the pages😊 maybe show in the next video. Cheers
Hi! I actually just used normal Elmer's glue to insert the pages! The other flaps are attached with tape!

Thanks! I typically use sketch book paper. It's a bit thicker than copy paper but not as think as cardstock or even scrapbook paper.
