the picture where Jesus is fixing the vase is actually the japanese art of Kintsugi where they mend broken things with "gold" as a representation of healing ourselves and becoming more resilient as well as the idea that repairing imperfections adds value to the object as opposed to throwing it away and just getting a new one
Ive always thought this was so fitting for Jesus and seeing it as a picture makes me happy because it seems that other people thought the same thing too.
I had to part with my bibles and you came on my recommended randomly. Fast forward a few weeks I’m setting up my Jesus Bible in pink w/ you 👋
I know you don’t know me sweetie but I love you. I think you are an awesome young lady and it’s so heartwarming to see your love for the Lord I too struggle with getting into the Bible like I should so hang in there and pray to God, he will help us get to where we want to be.

Also thank you for the ideas, I have never read the whole Bible but I’m making it my goal to read the whole Bible or at least read the whole New Testament for this year! I love to add scrap book paper to my Bible. And prayers and full pages of notes. Also my churches RUclips channel is Redeemer Bible church the sermons are so great and we also have daily words on every single chapter of the New Testament

This is really a great idea, I started adding more things to my Bible collection like for instance I got an English version of the Joyce Meyer Bible because I have a Spanish one and I'm using them to learn some Spanish words.

I LOVED all the art you included. It’s a great idea. I have the same bible but without the pretty end papers it was my 2023 bible and since I’ve added stuff it’s gotten soooo heavy! I think this is a BTS DIOR sketch! I got it from Nava Rose in one of her room decor videos and I just loved it so much I went to print it out for my room too- some of my favorite things, art, fashion, and bts in one thing?! love it.

I recently found one of my old bibles from middle school and it was badly damaged. I cleaned it but I need to cover some missing parts of the cover and pages, so I think art might be a great way to do that :)

It’s definitely one of my favorite bibles in my collection 💗💗 I hope you can add it to yours!
I really recommend either with a particular color highlight prophecies and the prophecies fulfilled that's what I'm doing in my reading bible, or on the page that says Old Testament write the prophecies down and what its prophesying and on the New Testament page write the prophecies fulfilled and what's its fulfilling.
Also my church is doing a series on steward ship again the channel is called Redeemer Bible church. Highly recommend you watch those sermons
I like to have a prayer notebook next to my Bible when I'm reading my Bible so if I have a question I'll ask God and ask him to help me delight in his word like what scripture says
