just an FYI for tailors the map he shows in 14:12 is wrong. The emerald Dragonshrine is where you want to go for Moonshroud.. So the middle one he circled in the video should be instead in 64,72 you're welcome
Nitro boosts also have a secondary malfunction it's called like leaky rocket fuel or something and nearly kills you a ticks for like 15% of your health like 6 times. However the malfunction that launches you into the air happens more often than the Leaky fuel furthermore both malfunctions rarely ever happen it works more often than it fails
Thanks alot for this video, already have engineering but couldnt decide secondary for my my pvp ele shammy. Helped me decide for tailoring, 102 resiliance from jc sounds very good but i love seeing big numbers 😁
The under rated over powered thing about procs is they have a 30 second faster cooldown than use trinkets and with 264 ICC gear you have so much damage going out that will proc all of your procs withing 5 seconds of one another Every single time they come off cooldown
I posted a video for pvp in p1 starting gear if eng is bis.. And it shows that you need way more haste then what people are going on about. For pve eng is strong but it won't be favoured until you are spoon fed gear. It's like a 80 dps gain from haste gloves explosives that's diff.
How can you not trust unbiased general information that’s just pulled straight out of the game? Tier lists are dumb in Wrath because people don’t understand that classes are more than just topping meters, you bring certain classes for their buffs and utilities.
I'd recommend mining/engineering. Once you have all the materials you need for JC from mining, drop mining and go JC for JC/Engineering. Now you're min/max :)
What about enchanting-tailoring? Tailoring is really nice while leveling because of the bags and other things. Altough enchanting is expensive for a first character, it pays itself later
I'm not exactly sure when it was changed, but the rocket gloves are usable in arena as they were back in the day. For other things like nitro boots, and the frag belt they weren't usable. Assuming blizzard leaves it as it was the gloves will be awesome. Even healers used to use them.
Nothing else, but the frag belt only throw a cobalt bomb, which is weaker than a saronite bomb, and much weaker than a goblin enginering bomb 😂 (bombs share coldowns)
I think these "profession" videos have been over done. The stat bonuses from enchanting/leatherworking/blacksmith slots/inscription are literally only a small dps loss ( and I mean very small...) vs. jewelcrafting or any other non gathering prof. I can tell you from experience not to min/max your character and be a broke @ss the rest of the game if you're only playing one or two classes. Engineering is good... but it's not going to make you superman. Main enchants are rocket boost on boots, a parachute and haste on gloves. The only one that counts is the glove enchant unless you are playing a class that has no mobility or abilities that will get you out of danger quickly and it's on a CD just like any learned ability. Repair bot? Yeah... will be a million engineers in raids and unless you're an open world 24/7 farmer... it's no big deal to fly back once every half hour. Motorcycle? cmon.. it's a ridiculous looking ground mount. Same with mailbox and AH... just use an alt and you're done. Tailoring.... the ONLY reason you would take it is to get the cloak enchant. From EXPERIENCE... if for any reason you miss your CD... guess what... literally any other profession is going to do almost the same damage without the RNG. Save yourself a headache and do professions that you can actually get something out of. Engineering is literally a gold sink and always will be.
The tailoring enchant is still pretty good, it's a like a berserking enhance and procs often (every 45sec), very good for pvp boost and pve too Enginering is a must for battlegrounds, useless in arena and op in pve only if you benefit from haste
Sorry, but Engineering is not only the most useful profession the game, it’s the most dps gain with the haste gloves and the single best enchant for tanking with the armor gloves. You also have to understand that most players already have their professions leveled up to the max TBC level and aren’t starting from level 1. Tailoring gives a strong cloak enchant for all dps classes and you don’t even need to max to get it. In fact, you can get to the cloak enchant without spending any gold, you just need to save all of the frostweave you collect while leveling. You won’t “miss your CD” with Tailoring lol it’s a proc chance with quite good uptime just like any of your trinkets. If you want to talk about a gold sink, JC is a big one and in fact, JC loses a lot of value later on in the expansion when everyone gets access to +20 epic gems.
But there are some classes that don't get any benefit from it, like on warrior dps sincerely I don't understand why some guides suggest enginering when warrior priority is not haste for sure I prefer a 400 Ap from tailoring at this point 😅
@@bloodnva6745 Tailoring + Engineering are best professions for a fury warrior in endgame gear. The haste is very strong at arp cap, you also need rocket boots as melee dps in ICC stat priorities change when you are geared on all classes, haste is an endgame stat for rogues and warriors

For most of patch I wouldn't even suggest to play warrior to tell the truth 😂😂
In PVE, during 1st phase only blue gems with +16 are available, so Jewelcrafting is by far best profession to start for the +34 Then enginering (only if your class need haste, if not avoid it), blacksmithing (2 extra socket with the stats you want) and tailoring (berserking on cloak) But please man, frag belt of enginering is completely useless, damage is very low and has a 5min Cd ahaha I would add alchemy is not good, you have to drink elixir all time if you want the boost and this result in loosing golds

I am amazed how you can talk 17min without any "umm"s. Did it came from your job or something?
I’m playing fresh and going between Mining/JC or Mining/Engi on my Prot Pally.
Jc gives u ur 2 bis trinkets ( 200 Stam) + 60 Stam while eng only gives u rocket boots and some armor on gloves (at the cost of 18 Stam)
Also gives +45 stam to head

Wait you can use the glove rocket in arena ? Weren't all the enginneer "enchants" disabled in arena ? Rocket boots too
Rocket boots are 100% disabled and I'd expect the same with any other engi enchants

Would proffession level continue over from TBC or would WOTLK level be its own thing?
It continues. TBC level cap for professions is 375 and for wotlk it's 450. you can do wotlk stuff on levels 350-450.
