    Doing nothing is fine, and it is important. It’s one of the self-love. Taking care yoirself is thr most important thing. Metal helth will impact the physical health. Love you. Dont feel guilty. You are doing great! ❤

    Personally, I enjoy the "boring" at home vlogs. Would love to see more of your daily errands like in the supermarket, food and cosmetic hauls 😊

    I think you’re on the right track. ❤ You definitely deserve to have a break from your busy lifestyle but accomplishing things is part of what makes us happy. So, lowering the bar and focusing on low stress things like making yourself a meal, seeing your Dad, coloring, and working out … giving yourself a permission to relax … sounds like a really good idea. Think of it as embracing the calm before the storm ☔️ I.e., when your life picks up again in January.❤❤❤

    You definitely want plenty of time at home to recover from getting your wisdom teeth out. I only had one wisdom tooth and after they removed it my face was very swollen and there was also some bruising.

      @@marijaz I understand. Just be ready by having ice packs for any swelling, pain meds and easy to eat foods like soup, smoothies, mashed potatoes and so on. I couldn't chew anything for a few days after the procedure. I hope this helps. ❤
