I wonder if biotin got you this bomb face beat but I stan. You look gorgeous. I have taken the Hair, Skin and Nails tablets from clicks. My main focus was on nails, they grew stronger and my hair did not break as much anymore. Do I do back those pills

I've used the Neovita hair gummies for about 2 months and currently using the biotin capsule from the brand Solgar which I've purchased from faithful to nature. I've also been struggling to get my hair to grow past a certain length and I believe the biotin has helped with the growth, it's not a massive growth but I can see the difference and it looks healthier.
