I love this series so much. QC is perfection. I cried twice. First @ "Do you love me" scene and of course that heart-breaking ending. I was bawling my husband asked what the heck happened to me. I just went to him and hug him and he look so confused. I vowed silently I will love him unconditionally like QC did. Gosh that series made me so emotional.😅
To be fair though the real queen Charlotte also wore the Georgian style even though it was outdated due to the fact the she mostly preferred that style over any. Apparently that was the silhouette that complimented her the most and during that time you saw a clash of both outdated and modern styles between the nobles due to her preferences to dress of her youth! 😍 so it was beautiful to see this references in the show as well as giving it a second meaning to it 💕

Something that I’ve notice that I thought was pretty cool is in the finale episode for the Ball. George and Charlotte’s outfits are different colors, I didn’t think much on it unlit I watched the scene just before they walk in to greet the guest. They stop at the portrait (the one George was not present for and Charlotte requested that her skin tone darker etc.) if you pay attention, you’ll see that the color clothes George has on in the painting are the colors for Queens Charlottes Ball gown and vice versa. I gagged when I seen it and thought it was a cute/subtle nod to that moment.
The reason Goerge married charlotte was through this advisors that glorified charlotte will be a good queen because she’s not involved in politics…I’m happy they fell in love. The series on Netflix was so good. The chemistry between them was fluid. Love your fashion videos! You say what I think when I watch movies or shows!! Love watching your posts

The third one isn't exactly it. Royalty wasn't allowed to change their style in that time period, they were meant to follow court style rules that stated they were only to wear the old style. It was only afterwards that they also began to wear the new style. Court fashion wasn't the same as normal fashion.
