Form obviously a factor Eamon, a key one but not everything, plenty to factor in. Cavan are in a fair spot, if they don't get to Ulster final they're in Tailteann Cup again - it's tight between fermanagh and offaly.
Are we sure the Divison 3 winners don't go into the Sam Maguire at the expense of the Div2 relegated teams? That's how it worked for the qualifiers in the 2022 Championship. Louth and Limerick went into the qualifiers after promotion, then Offaly and Down after Div2 relegation went straight into the Tailteann Cup.
If Dublin are not 'up to scratch' Derry don't look much better , winning by a late injury time point...Dubs are , of course well off their peak of recent years but have no new talent and are likely to move down from being in the top ten in coming years without Kilkenny, Fenton, Fitzgerald, Mannion McCarthy and McCaffrey, who are no longer the players they were.
Derry scored 1-09 in the second half. They got a rollicking at HT and outplayed the Dubs in the 2nd Half. The Dubs of old would have put that game away. Derry are doing fine and will certainly contend.
@@SuperEvilMonkee Agree , Derry should do well , but I have held that the Dubs are way off their former selves since before they were beaten by Mayo...and I see nothing at present to suggest a recovery .
Tommy has aged 5 years since he started doing these power rankings
Tommy is rattled and the Championship hasn't even started yet
Make sure there’s one next week Tommy, highlight of the week
What’s the point of power rankings if they’re not based on current form? Cavan are chronically low on this list

Cavan is 15th despite the winning run we're on. The last time i watched the power rankings we were 16th.
Exactly @Cavanlad100 - it's Division 3, win your Ulster quarter-final and semi-final and you'll rocket up the rankings!
Offaly beneath Fermanagh despite beating them 🤔
Surely louth should be above cavan meath and westmeath, 2 div 3 teams and meath were beaten by them
