When will you release the bigger version of the speaker?

What kind of a customer care do you people have?
There are a lot options in the need help page. But no response at all. I couldn't get any help for the product warranty claim, trusted the brand and brought the product. No one responds in the chat, placed multiple call back requests but still no response. Tried mailing, called customer care number and waited, the only thing I could hear was thankyou for your patience!!!
Received the smokin buds 2 on last Friday but one of the earbuds is not getting charged. I full charged the box but the earbud for the left ear is still not working and showing charge as 10%. In left ear I am not able to hear anything, right is working fine.
Very disappointed. Please respond as soon as possible, how to return the product or what can be possibly done?
Not related to this video but, Skullcandy I am extremely upset that it wasn’t clarified that when using my PLYR headset with my wireless transmitter that I paid an extra $30 for (shipping) when already spending $120 on the headset… no wireless capability for an Xbox for what reason? No clue because I can’t find one

My stomp isn’t charging, isn’t even registering that it’s charging. Bought a new charger, followed the troubleshooting guide. But no lights show up no matter what I do
