I unironically want to see/play a Burgerpunk campaign. Think cyber or diesel punk, but Militarized restaurant chains fight wars in the streets, with independent restaurants struggling to stay on the map, all the while famine and disease plague the intercity.
Imagine having to defend a food shipment from Wendy's biker gang raids, or navigating through subway tunnels while being hunted by a Burger king Liberty Prime. Chick Fil-a churches try to be a sanctuary for the unaligned, but don't operate on Sundays, leaving them to fend for themselves. McDonalds cultist, adorned in Ronald themed colors, convert who the can and kill who they cant.

Also, I had an idea for a Punk genre like Glass punk. I was inspired by the glass harpe instrument. I thought, this makes beautiful music, but what if everything was like this. Tall buildings made of glass, maybe using wind as transportation. Huge magnifying glass like apparatuses to heat the cities or food material. They'd be most common in deserts and coasts but with ingenuity could be almost anywhere.

In my current campaign setting, Skypunk was a thing of the long ancient past, floating cities raised by ancient magic from a human civilization willing to challenge the Gods and overthrow them. Upon which they failed, giving the more traditional D&D setting of the current day, though with the implementation of Furnace Trains (trains that run on the power of a fire Elemental) things could get a little cattlepunk, maybe.
These flavor videos are just awesome. Not matter the topic and even if I can't use all of it. It jreally helps get the brain juices flowing (not in a splatterpunk way though).

The difference with Herons steam engine and later steam engines or for example the Otto motor was the presence of printed books and magazines. With mass-printed books new technology could reach many more people which could develop an idea further. Also steam power was known for hundreds of years again (maybe still) before James Watt refined it to work more efficiently - and this was really what gave rise to locomotives and so on.

I think that Raypunk has even more facets than you mentioned. It touches on several of the genres you mention, but it has its own specific character...
It evolved out of atompunk, as a kind of extrapolation forward through quantum physics understanding and psychadelic experiences.
It's fundamentally optimistic. It can touch on a quasi-spiritual, multidimensional feel, the bending of space-time, technology that plays with reality itself, superbly alien worlds and beings, fundamental tones and absolute distances.
Which can fit really well with DnD

I just came up with a new type of punk (yes I know it's technically Sci-fi but hear me out).
Spacepunk. Taking heavy inspiration form Cowboy Bebop, Star wars, Stellaris; and if you want a bit of Asian Culture, Honkai Star Rail. It's a GALAXY (or world if you wanna keep it small). Focused on Megastructures, aliens, space exploration, and everything Science fiction.
And you can take it in so many ways it's not even funny.
Example: Exploring a megastructure of an ancient civilization, exploring an unknown area of space, discovering a new species, etc.

Silkpunk examples off the top of my head:
    Saiyuki
    Dragonball
    Samurai Champloo
    Gintama
Outlaw Star (while considered a Space Western, most of the galaxy has an Asian aesthetic)

I like to imagine a alternate reality where each planet got to space through different "punk" genres.
Flying saucers powered by steam and whatever.
And Earth being the richest planet because of how diamonds are actually more common in the universe than wood.
Then circuitry with metals that absorb magic instead of electricity but interacts with electricity which some people take advantage of.
Call it "Blendpunk" or something like that.

Not sure which genre would it be, maybe portalpunk or mythpunk, but in a lot of present Korean web novels and web toons often have a setting of supernatural game like aspects encroaching into the modern world in an almost apocalyptic sense.
Like everything being normal and a portal opens, a meteor falls, a great deity appears, or everyone suddenly getting a psychic message that grants a certain percent rpg classes like powers, but at the same time bringing monsters, dungeons, and other horrors into the world. This destroys the basic political and organizational structures, devolving into modern feudal or guild based systems.

The world I'm running (still just starting to) has solarpunk influences but, outside of the "no racism, no discrimination, queer normative" stuff, I have trouble using the solarpunk aspects, and I would love to have more ideas !

Been coming up with a universe with multiple punk genres mixed into one, each universe would have an earth and that earth would have either a different abundance of resources and/or a different outcome during a certain period in time that defined and shaped that world into said genre, eventually a character from each world could travel through portals to other worlds, mainly one world that was destroyed and is a wacky and unexplainable mix of every other world with various dangerous machines and cybernetic people and creatures maybe
So far the worlds i have are: Aetherpunk, Clockpunk, Steampunk, Dieselpunk, Teslapunk, Atompunk, Solarpunk, Cyberpunk, Biopunk and Nanopunk
I might add a few more and have been trying to see if i can make up one with a strange alien resource that acts like fuel but has some sort of other properties, maybe touching the stuff can mutate a person perhaps? Still working on it

The "punk" genre suffix is a bit more specific than you portray it (for comedic effect, I'm sure). It's fiction that takes place in a futuristic setting that aestheticizes something, most often a type of technology, and exploring how it affects the world or society it's set in.

I have mad max style combat that take place in dark souls like ashen dead lands inspired by the rules in Descent of Avernus, barbarian subclass that use guns and rogue that use drone and hacking, and i have a halfing town that is basically the shire but with bikes, technology and of course halfings dressed like if they where in cyberpunk 2077 and, mu personal favorite, the shadow fell that is also technologically advance with vampires that use their own corrupted blood to fuel prosthetic with dark power. Yes, i basically have Dracula but cyborg ^^
