    Great vid. I’ve had that camera for a year and half. Just got the lens last week. Super combo.

    Hi Darpino, thank you for all your content. I am also starting and would like to you know you have classes or recommendations? Also I have a song a7iii but would like to know what lens do you recommend. I do have FCP as well to edit but it’s all the editing that is holding me back.

      Hey! So as far as classes go. There is so much content on RUclips, you can find almost anything. As far as a lens goes, it all depends on what you need to get the job done. If you have a budget. Something like the Tamron 28-75 is a great lens or the sigma 24-70. Something that cover a wide range is good until you figure out what focal lengths you like and get some prime lenses.

      Also, just get out and shoot and edit as much as possible. The only way to get better is to practice 🤘

    I shoot with a a7iii, tamron 17-28, and weebill S as well for real estate. I am waiting for the a7siii to get the EDU price added back, and then I am buying it, but workflow will be a little harder. I have used some test footage of 4K. Turn around time is huge in real estate like you said properties go fast and agents want it right away. So I am thinking maybe 1080p footage will be faster (I have only played with 4K footage). I think the low light beast would make shooting in some dark houses easier. Great points and video!

      @@PaulFeinberg I hear you. I think it looks like an absolutely incredible camera. But I struggle with the price. Not that it isn't worth it, but for my work it just doesn't feel like it's worth almost double the A7III.

      @@darpinomedia9619 for sure man for sure. Hard to drop that money. I really really want a flippy screen and 4K 60.....10 bit I would use sometimes but I like the look of PP1 for just quick drop and go.

    Hello man. In the next videos you say that you started using HLG2 and 709, why did you switch to these profiles?

    • @darpinomedia9619
      @darpinomedia9619  3 года назад

      Hey, so it's extremely subtle. But I've noticed there is a bit less noise in the shadows in HLG 2 than HLG 3. They are so similar that I hardly notice to be honest though.

    Do you shoot in manual focus. I have same lens

      Usually Autofocus unless it's having trouble, then I'll use manual.

      @@darpinomedia9619 thanks bro just discovered your channel and I’m having difficulty lately with my Ronan S I have the same camera and lens set up and my problem is trying to get really good stabilization and getting the creep ninja walk down I noticed you don’t really walk with yours you stand in place and move the gimbal forward any tips you can offer on walking would be great because I usually capture large commercial spaces.

    • @darpinomedia9619
      @darpinomedia9619  3 года назад +2

      @@crosstalktv5780 Yea, it's a hard thing to do. If you already know about the ninja walk, probably the best advice I can give is to keep practicing. It's sort of a feel thing. Shooting in a higher frame rate and slowing it down also helps with the steps. Also, keeping your arms loose as well.
