I’m actually planning my first solo trip to Costa Rica for my birthday soon . And I was so nervous but this put me at ease. I saw that you did a rental at some point but what did you do prior to that to get around?

Just a suggestion idk you’re doing it in your recent videos I’m gonna binge lol but i was wondering if you were in Jaco or Manuel as far as stay it was hard to figure out… putting the location of the bars and restaurants on the screen would be helpful. Cause I’m going to Manuel, joco and San Jose would love to visit the bar where you were just getting busy 🤣 you looked cute and like who you did the atv tour with all of that would be so helpful unless you doing it on purpose 😅 then I get it lol 😊 i love the way you ended the video. thank you for you content I’m fit to be here all night. The information may also be in my description box as well if I forget to put it in the video. Moving forward, I’m not sure if I will be telling a lot of details because as a creator I do work hard to put videos together and if the hotel and I aren’t working together ($$😂) i feel like I shouldn’t give them customers. But I haven’t figured it all out yet! Lol

I love this! I just recently went to Hawaii alone and posted my first vlog.. I feel like it could have been better (the video)… but I enjoyed traveling alone. I want to go to Costa Rica but I’m not sure about alone bc it’s further idk. What’s your tips on traveling alone (that far). & your tips on recording vlogs… also how is a hostel I’m nervous? About staying someone idk
Congrats on posting your first vlog! Im going to go watch it :) I think some tips you should take away is to find out which part you want to visit because you're right, Costa Rica is kinda big. There are many beautiful locations there so definitely pick a place and do tons of research (when you research, I would look at types of hotels you'd like to stay at as well as things you want to do) It really depends on what type of traveler you are. Next I would figure out transportation etc. Be open minded and have fun!! Also keep in contact with friends + family, always let them know your next move. I think I will make a video on this as well. Vlog tips, Im honestly still learning but get a lot of scenery and show things that you think people would like to see. I think once you post more vlogs you'll understand what your audience likes and wants to see. A hostel is not a bad option at all but its not my first choice of accommodation. I have nothing against them because I've only stayed in one hostel and barely have any experience staying in them, but a lot of people are able to save money and its a great way to meet others I just haven't been in enough hostels to give advice yet but again this all depends on what type of traveler you are because everyone travels differently.

Hi Ms. Travelher what a great video I enjoyed it immensely. Over the years I`ve been to Costa Rica 9 times and can`t wait to go back. I didn`t go this past Winter because of covid. I usually stay in Jaco and from there do day trips. I`ve been to the Nauyaca water falls and to Manuel Antonio park and lots of other places. On your way from San Jose to Jaco did you stop at the crocodile bridge ? Did you visit any of the volcanos like Arenal or Poas ? I loved the rapport you and Shelby had . Hey!!! Thank you so much 🥰💗 a lot of the clubs I went to were in Jaco right on the strip. I also went to a mansion party with the locals. I’m not sure if they still have that going on. But I do recommend going to Downtown Jaco most people go there to party

The trip was amazing, I need a part two lol. I think it depends on how you are as a person. I always keep an open mind when visiting countries especially solo but there has to be a balance. You can’t be so stand-offish but at the same time you can’t be so friendly. I think wherever you go, if you can keep a convo, willing to be a conversation starter at some point, you should have no problem meeting people. At the time that I went, there was a strict curfew but definitely check it out online because things do change. I hope I answered your question!

@@adventureswithtee8974 Ive never been to Liberia, CR so I wouldn't want to say yes because I haven't experienced that part of the country, but if you were coming from San Jose, CR I'd say yes!!

No problem! Yes you’re right about the 9pm curfew. I’m assuming there is still nightlife but everything just closes early. There’s nothing to do after 9pm (was told by a local)

Thank you! I honestly don’t remember the names of the clubs I literally went where the dancehall music was. They play a mixture. If you walk around downtown jaco, there’s tons of bars and clubs to choose from ☺️

I did the San Jose city tour and absolutely! My tour guide was very informative, I learned a lot about the city.

It definitely was! I got burns on my leg from the wheel because I was going hard🤣🤣🤣 and the tour guide let me do whatever!! The best ATV I’ve ever done
Where was cocos restaurant and bar and what was the name of the dancehall place?
Was it hard to drive there? Was it any different than the roads in America?
Hey! In Jaco it wasn’t hard to drive at all because the roads weren’t steep but, if you go to certain parts like (Manuel Antonio) the roads are very steep and tight so definitely make sure you rent a car that has 4x4 drive. Shelby drove the entire time and it was her first time driving there and she was fine. It was Manuel Antonio that was a little difficult for her. They also drive on the same side as the US.

Jaco is abt 3 hrs from San Jose. Yeah there’s not much in the city, you have to explore. The clubs are good there too though. I just didn’t get to go. So if you need recommendations let me know
