Colossi beat this episode: Colossus 3 and 4.
I am thrilled to be finally playing this amazing game for the very first time! I have heard from many people that it's their favourite game and I am excited to experience this unique world and story. I hope you can join me on my playthrough of Shadow of the Colossus :D

GAME DESCRIPTION:

When he hits his sword on the floor that cut scene breaks his armour partially round his arms so you can climb to the top .
I noticed this in the edit, but at the time I didn't see that happening and I was super confused 🤔
Well done beating those Colossi! I agree the hint given for the third one is very confusing. 😅
Each Colossus is more of a puzzle than an enemy, and they normally require you using the environment around them in some way.
Really excited for the next episode, the next Colossus is one of my favourites! 😁

And yes, I've been ignoring the lizards but apparently they are important so I may need to do some lizard hunting 🦎
I believe every healing temple has a silver tailed lizard that will increase your grip meter you just got to shoot the lizard or chop it with your sword and pick the tail up

Fun Fact, you can actually speedrun the 3rd colossus without ever breaking his armor. If you time it right, you can use the momentum of his sword being pulled back up to jump directly onto his body without the need to climb him. It's harder obviously, but in my opinion it's the more fun way to beat him, since you get to jump crazy far through the air lol.

when you stared at the horse colossi the whole time and then turned away the moment he bent down I almost threw my phone 🤣🤣🤣

I suppose the one plus to playing the PS4 remaster over the PS3 version that I have is the beautiful landscape of the Forbidden Lands
I was in total awe of the landscapes in this game. Amazing.

Actually there is 17th Colossus, you've played as one in the end..(as Dormin) remember?
(Most of us sometimes miss the things that are right in front of us)
And there is also 18th one if you count that huge..huge.. bridge that connects the forbidden lands to the outside world (the bridge was even destroyed at the end, just like the other colossi).
Wouldn't you say, that bridge was COLOSSAL 😉.
Ive found Dormin's hints to be very poor, often causing more confusion. It might be the games only major flaw. Relatively simple puzzles that just require some quick thinking or trial and error turn into you trying to think up grand solutions that don't exist. So while the player is looking directly at the key they need thinking "thats too obvious" or "thats too simple" the voice in your head is giving vague hints that feed into this bad habbit.
My advice is; If it seems a little too simple, its worth a try.
Ya sometimes I found them really obvious and sometimes I found them super confusing making things worse 😆 this was one of the most confusing hints though. I think this one and the turtle maybe
#3 was definitely confusing but you got the right idea with #4 to bring him to the mount. Congrats on your 500 subs!

The enviroment looks so realistic in the remake.
The environment was stunning in this game. Sweeping scenery, cinematic camera angles, mysterious locations. Galloping through the desert is one of the coolest bits with all the sand flying around

Hi Ms Emma! Yeah, totally agree with u bout the fluidity in the movements n animations. 1:35-ish i mean look at THAT! That was a sick camera angle! 2:14 since the last episode, the horse loves to Agro-vate(get it?) that kind of situation.
Ok, gameplay wise, the 1st enemy was super scary BUT we cnt deny the design of both enemies in this episode were simply AMAZING! It's totally fine if u took some time to figure out the controls or ways to inflict damage to the enemy. This is ur 1st time n u WILL figure it out eventually(like the 1st fight). Also, i have this feeling that the controls r the same (n annoying) as both Getting Over It n I Am Bread😆 Hope ur feeling ok aft playing. That was quite a rage. WELL DONE in defeating 2 enemies though!💪🏽
Aft watching the enemies n scenery in this episode, i cnt help but think that IF this is how Elden Ring looks like, that would be super awesome! Looking forward to the nxt one n will there be a much more cooler enemy design? We'll find out soon!

oh yes, absolutely the colossi in this episode were amazing! I was still appreciating that even though I was frustrated :P I loved how tall that third colossus was, and how he was asleep when I first got up there. Very cool moment . Thanks so much!!
And Castlevania Lords of Shadow for PS3 plays a lot like Shadow of the Colossus. If you own a PS3, you should check it out Emma whenever possible ❤
I don't have a PS3 but yes, Castlevania sounds like a lot of fun - I don't know if it would be available to play it on PS Now or something? Looks like it's available on Steam anyway . Thanks for the suggestion :D
Yo yo, that was great. I enjoyed watching you run around not knowing what to do. You got it to hit the spot, got so confused and mad 😆You tore through number 4 though. I am on 5 right now so I can stay ahead.
Haha I was so mad and confused. It didn't understand that his elbow armour broke off and I thought I had been squished under his sword and died. 🤣 This made my brain CPU work at 100% . I enjoyed the rodeo of no. 4 and how different that one looked compared to the previous ones! His legs were much more bony looking.

The fight with the Knight Colossus legit took me an hour
It felt sooo long . Did you do the same thing as I did? I did not realise we could make it hit the circle in the middle for ages
@@OnceUponAQuest him hitting the the circle was a total accident, I kept trying to find other ways to climb around his arm and jump to his midsection (which I got pretty close). But even after he broke his arm staying on his sword was the hard part.
