Hi I am still enjoying this specific class, as you give a lot of attention to details, the core, posture, constant focus on the important parts rather than only the movements. Can you recommend some other sessions (yours) where you do the same? although they are all excellent I believe this special focus makes a huge difference. (I use the same idea with my piano students and the results are instantly much much better.) Thanks!
Look at my channel and search the Playlists! I teach all of my classes the same way with full attention to detail. There is plenty of variety and mixing it up is very beneficial to the body. Working with different pieces of equipment or even no equipment is a great challenge. Moving the body in different planes of motion is also super important. So I would recommend searching the playlists. I have over 100 classes on my channel. Try new things and repeat them again. Try to find something new every time. What i teach in my live classes at the studio I film exactly the same for my RUclips friends. 🙂❤️

This is an amazing workout! I instructed this class today with 1kg weights to my Pilates students at Virgin Active in George, South Africa. Really something different and effective.

I love all of Jen's workouts, including this one. I do follow Dr. Stuart McGill's guidance: that weights + curved/bent spine can be more harmful that beneficial; so for the moves with a curved spine, I put the weights down and did it body weight only. Any thoughts about that?
