Sadhguru is always available to me. I've never been to Isha centre, nor I've seen him directly. But whenever I was in pain, confused or sad Sadhguru is always in my dream, and he used to give me a hug. I used to broke down in my dream completely, and I feel so ecstatic. I know it's a dream, but I feel his presence. He's there when I need. 💓🙏🏻

No matter what I'm doing I'm aware of this daily. And something strange happens I start to chant the swaropa tap in my head .

Someone help me please.... I just started meditating... I do it by focusing on my breath .... But after some time the saliva in my mouth gets collected and I have to swallow it... And while I do this I m distracted and my focus breaches So kindly help someone about this problem

First thing, Nothing to worry, Nothing will disturb you its just saliva, Meditating with breath doesn't mean you don't have saliva in your mouth, But whatever going on during that time just stay conscious with that moment, it's you nothing else, once you stay with what's going on sure your concentration goes with you, with your breath you flow with your breath you flow more.
