I’d love to see a pan around view of your library. From what I see here, it’s very similar to my own library, a room filled with all of my favorite things…antiques, books, pipes, and tobaccos. A cozy place to spend a little time!
I greatly enjoy this video, especially question about Southern and Confederate history. I’m a Yankee by birth and family history. Born and raised in Chicago, had ancestors fight in the Army of Pennsylvania, including the first Bull Run (Manassas). I’ve lived in Virginia since 1983 and have greatly respected and honored the Confederate perspective since then. The memorial shamefully removed from Arlington Cemetery is actually a memorial to reconciliation, not necessarily a Confederate memorial.
I can attest to the effectiveness of the Rabbit Air purifier. My habit is the same: I only smoke in my office, and the Rabbit Air will clear it in a matter of hours, and eliminate the smell of smoke completely by the next day. I have also put it to the test with cigarillos and cigars. It will take much longer to clear either of those.....about three days. I do not smoke cigarettes but have had the opportunity to put it to the test with cigarette smoke, and the result is the same as a cigar. It seems that cigar and especially cigarette smoke "sticks" to things, where pipe smoke does not.

Enjoying this wonderful Christmas gift while smoking my Winslow smooth tomato filled with Peterson Royal Yacht, one of the last available in The Netherlands because Peterson decided to call it a day with providing us with their tobacco’s. No more in The Netherlands, can you imagine? Well, maybe it’s complicated. Anyway, had to give out a warning here, the WHO is working around the clock to end us, and I have yet to find a tobacco manufacturer who’s willing to fight back. Again, maybe it’s complicated. In researching the history of the catholic church, I was really surprised to hear about 'the schism' way back in the day when the catholics broke from the original church that we know today as "orthodox". I always had a problem with the catholic rule of "papal supremacy" especially given all the corrupt popes we saw around the Italian Renaissance period. Turns out that the catholic church isn't the oldest after all. Though, I do agree with your concerns about these other denominations claiming their way it the right way, or asking the unlearned masses to determine things on their own. I think most of the chaos we see today stems from everyone claiming they're right, and all of that stems from "the schism". Oh, and no, don't ever apologize or feel bad over southern heritage.
