    1. Did you ever eat seitan for protein? The seitan I eat is 26g of protein per 100g. On top of a Huel protein shake (nutritionally complete), i've found it quite easy to meet protein needs.
    2. In regards to the “brain fog”, did you ever try a creatine supplement? Did you address omega oils, i.e. taking a DHA algae-oil based supplement?
    3. Thoughts on cellular agriculture/alt protein? Would you try lab-grown meat, animal-free dairy, air protein? Veganism will extend beyond any limitations of plant-based diets eventually.

      Yes this is a processed diet that will ruin your digestion.

      Lab grown meat has no immune system and it required they dump antibiotics into the fkesh slurry.

      WRONG. veganism is a cult, it's not a lifestyle. You're insane to try to justify this.
      You do realize that based on an analysis of comparative anatomy, that the human and canine GI tract shows 85-90% similarity to that of a feline which is a pure carnivore. the human GI tract shows next to zero similarity to a herbivore. Vegetarians and vegans are screwed, doomed to age with trace deficiencies due to a lack of animal connective tissues. B12 supplementation isn't enough. Loss of hair, knee, joint and connective tissue deficiencies happen very gradually over time, but especially so past the age of 40 or post-menopause.
      As a health-care provider, the first thing I ask when I see an outlier patient is, "are you vegetarian?" And if they are, I follow that up with, "Are you vegan, is that for religious reasons, or..........?" Sorry, but Vegetarianism and veganism isn't sustainable long-term, for the human body and optimal human health. My patients refuse to listen as veganism is essentially a cult, some of my patients have been vegetarian for upwards of four decades, and are usually universally f*cked. Some even refuse to eat eggs-- the complete madness!

    Please understand that veganism is not a diet, it's a lifestyle. You don't just stop being vegan and then become vegan again multiple times. You were plant-based, which is fine. Also, it sounds like you were calorie restricting, not eating enough simple sugars and other carbohydrates, and probably dehydrated. Losing your period is a huge red flag for calorie restriction. If you weren't consuming at least 2200-2400 calories a day, you were restricting. I truly hope you feel better and good luck🙂

      I know plenty of people who did veganism “the right way”; eating absolutely no processed foods and spending all day every day obsessing over eating perfectly- their health was still in shambles. It doesn’t matter how “perfect” you do veganism, you will be deficient in many things.

    • @teainortakoy
      @teainortakoy Год назад +5

      @@arielharbour1095 that's really unhealthy behaviour- food is here to enjoy and no-one should be spending all their days obsessing over eating perfectly - because there's no such thing as perfect. I see nothing wrong with eating some processed foods either, obviously don't eat them all the time. I've been vegan for years and eat what I want, whenever I want but sadly not everyone has a good relationship with food.

    So weird! Did you cook/fry your protein veggies to make it easier absorbable & did you take soybeans or soy milk? It’s a complete protein. Meaning you consumed to many incomplete plant protein & no complete protein.

    What about the animals!!??

    • @patrickstarrfish4526
      @patrickstarrfish4526 2 месяца назад

      Animals with a carnivore GI tract eat meat, other animals. Such as cats.
      Animals with a herbivore GI tract eat plants. Such as horses, cows, goats.
      Human and Canine GI tracts are very similar, and show 85-90% similarity to the canine GI tract.
      thus, humans should be eating 85-90% meat and animal products.
      veganism is a cult. so What about the animals??
      Feeding plants to a cat is as stupid as feeding plants to a human, or feeding meat to a cow.
      veganism is a cult, the absence of logic or common sense.
