No problem, I didn't realize it myself at first either. Apparently African-Americans eat at Waffle Houses a lot, and Merion is near Philadelphia, where there is a large A-A population. It was a nasty thing to yell out. These guys were leaning into the rope too and blocking others' views.
I dont think he was pointing back at the guys who yelled that. I think he was telling the other guy he was walking with something about another hole. Tiger does not give two shits about what people say about him...after all he made more money in that 24 second clip than the hecklers will make in their entire lives combined.
and there lies the problem. No one was willing to say anything to them. You should have said something to them and either politely asked them to keep their mouths shut because of having your son with you, or caved one of their faces in with a fist. Everyone is just WAY too passive anymore. Sometimes a person needs a good old fashioned ass kicking.
I was standing right next to these obnoxious men and it took all I had to keep my mouth shut from saying something I would regret. I believe that they should have been somewhere else if all they were there do to was irritate others. It was really awesome to be there to see Tiger practice and to experience the whole US Open. So glad my son was able to as well.

I researched that but all I could find was one that worked at Perkins. Maybe you're right, though.
Why do these people even attend these events if all they are going to do is act like it's their first time out in public?

I agree. I see why people are passive though. It's somehow become a huge crime to teach someone a lesson physically, even when they deserve it.
What does that mean? What are they implying when they say "Waffle House?" Sorry for being ignorant :)
It's fun for them.
