Loved this one. I’m sure vlogging is more uncomfortable than sit down videos when it’s new, but getting to follow along as you read is very very enjoyable. As always, loved hearing your thoughts! I hope the retreat with your husband was lovely!
need more of these! also, you house looks so cozy!! :) Ive heard the graphic audios for ACOTAR is def and experience! id love to listen to them once Ive read the books so I can concentrate more on the dramatics of it and not the dialogue.
It’s for sure an experience, haha. I’d definitely recommend reading it in book form before taking a gander at the audio books. It’s fun but not the first way I’d want to experience the story!
Working my way through all your videos and I have loved each one of them so far. Finding new books to add to my TBR list, thank you. Appreciate that you are giving genuine reviews and not doing so for the publisher kickbacks. Can't wait to see what you read next :)
I have loved your videos and recommendations! I get so excited when you post a video - having a booktuber like you has been so refreshing and has made me even more excited to read. Love your style - super cozy, unique, and down to earth!
I liked the Ministry of Time but ended up rating it 3 stars. I felt like we were reading a Y/N fanfic at times and there were a few things about the ending that really threw me off. The first half of this book was super strong but i felt like it lost the plot along the way. I did really like the writing style and look forward to trying something else for this author!
I was reading it pretty slowly near the end cause I could feel myself losing the plot a bit. But I really took my time with it and even did a little research afterwards and re read some areas so I feel like I have a good comprehension of everything. I personally loved it and connected with the writing deeply, but of course it might not be for everyone!
I wouldn’t have liked the characters in the book swap either. And I agree with Better Than The Movies having more depth than adult romances, I’ve only read about 7 adult romances but for some reason none of them have really had as much depth as young adult romances. I gave better than the movies 4 stars though because I hated the 3rd act conflict too, it would have been 5 stars if it weren’t for that
I love your reviews! The Ministry of Time is on my TBR but avoid sexual content in books. Do you think it might be up my alley with that in mind? Thanks!
