Just read "Hidden Manifestation" by Oliver Mercer and I can’t believe it’s so underrated. Methods in this book are next level, it needs more attention!
Definitely try to read in Casandra Clare's recommended order/ publication order. Shadowhunters is several series in the same world, many following decedents and ancestors in different points of history.
I really love you, and that because you're looks so sweet and lighthearted, and second you make me want to read more, and this is so important to me, because it helps me a lot, so you have a big part in my heart 🩷✨
ahhhhh a tbr cart!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My tbr cart is just an extension of my bookcase as my tbr is at around 150-160. I haven't counted in a while and I've definitely bought more books since that count. Cannot wait for the day my cart is just tbr and doesn't extend into my bookcase
@@frenchbookthief nope as I need a whole lot more books than that to be classified as a library. I owned very few books prior to two years ago when this book buying hobby began 😂 I do read the books just at a slower pace than purchasing
I feel you on wanting to read my physical TBR books less the more time goes on… almost like the guilt of not getting to it overpowers my actual interest in it oops.
You mentioned this in the video but please read the infernal devices after City of Glass!! the mortal instruments is probably her weakest series but stick with it bc its such a fun universe to dive into once you have those under your belt!!
I feel its imperative to tell you City of Bones definitely reads as a book published in 2007. A lot us really love it out of nostalgia, and while I loved it both then and now, I think a lot of people judge it because its not exactly up to the current YA Fantasy standards. Its a fun read for sure
A fair warning, something alarming happens at the end of city of bones but it’s not true so don’t let it discourage you. Nothing else like that happens throughout the shadow Hunter chronicles so just bare with it until the 3 third, city of glass ❤
I gave Atlas Six 3 stars. Gave the second book a chance and it was the worst book ive ever read. Looked up what happens in the 3rd, and im glad I didnt waste my time.
oof I so badly wanted to like the atlas six but the second half of that book just went down hill, idk what the author was doing but she messed up a potentially good book lol and poorly did enemies to lovers smh I was actually so bummed out about it lol

the atlas six is good but the third book was the biggest disappointment. so much so that i would say skip the series all together
