Christopher Adams if your asking this question, then I bet you need a character who has tools to get in. wonder woman, supergirl, batman, superman, Robin and others have many tools to get in on their opponent and open them up. players like black canary, raiden, swamp thing, blue beetle etc, have a harder time to get in and open people up due to lack of projectiles and advancing moves that makes them harder to get in and based on their frame data, they are listed on the tier list. hope this helps somewhat :)

Fought this guy today that complained about my flash than I used super girl and complained about her also and the I used doctor fate and he used Batman and he complained that I zoned which I only used it on wake up once or twice and ran his ads over. But he switched to Batman and kept catching me in that fucking jump I would block it and it would still hit me. Than he talked about how I was a trash zoner and everyone that zones doesn't know how to block and I was like bro you spent the game running away from flash than you got run over by my level 15 super girl and complained she was op and I switched to doctor fate and he beat me twice out of 4 matches and said I was trash and that I was a spammer lmfao meanwhile he threw bomerangs out his as and every time he approached me he came with his ability active and caught me with that fucking kick lol thanks for the explanation on Batman lol
2 things I find absolutely fucking stupid about batmans jump 2 1. I don't fucking know why but if his damn pinky toe ends up on your head it crosses up he's literally not on the other side yet it still crosses up 2. It beats down 2 and most anti airs so how am I supposed to beat a jailing unpredictable cross up jump in attack if my down fucking 2 can't even counter it
your vids are good but this one isn't much help... that wasn't much of a tip, Batman's Jump 2 is tooooooo powerful in this game. The Only answer is Sub Zero's Clone or Wake Slide under it.

This needs to be removed or Changed , in my opinion. Batman can jump over someone and if the tip of his heel or back hits you, they can get 400+(no gear)damage combo. Its nonsense

Is there a compiled list of useful tools for each character somewhere online? like their fastest poke, best jump in, best overhead and low mixups, stuff like that? i know it's all discoverable inside training mode with a little effort. it would be nice to have a resource for it so i can swap characters and have a baseline of what they can do immediately and work on getting good with them from there :3
