i loved this Eugene! quick question man. is there a possibility that you could cover a video on how to shorten workouts that are based on strength? i usually tend to rest a lot between sets and i dont consider super setting since the exercises i do are compound movements. what do you think?

Eugene, how many calories do you look to burn during your lifts? I try to burn approx 350-400 during my hour but I feel like I want and need to do more. Limited on time in the morning before work though
I don't care about how many calories i burn in a lifting session, as that's not the goal of lifting!
@@coacheugeneteo true! I do add low intensity cardio so I’m always checking, also want to keep my heart rate above 100

Maybe don't workout on holiday? Are you there for an entire month or something?
Short few-day breaks have shown to improve long term hypertrophy anyway. Don't be slaves to the gym man, it's supposed to be fun, not a job.
If you want to be active go for a hike, see the sights, swim, take a long bike ride in country roads. Find a basketball court and join in, there is no point to still grind on holiday.
