      You can definitely do that, I would suggest a 7 or 8inch cake pan. 😊

    In the recipe you say 220 g heavy whipping cream but then you say to add the whipped cream -- is the 220 g the cream before it is whipped or after?

    I made these cupcakes yesterday and found them to be quite dense and clumpy, not light like my regular cupcakes at all! What have I done wrong?

    Hi if I don't use green food colour how green do the cupcakes come out

      The cupcakes will have more of a yellowish/green color!

    Hiya! Do u think it would be okay to add the rose extract to normal buttercream? Also, are you using a large piping nozzle (if so which one)?.. thanks for the recipe:)

      Absolutely, normal buttercream will do just as well 😇 I am using a large star tip -> my favorite!

    you can also keep the green food coloring out& replace it with a tiny bit of spirulina powder or even matcha!

    Hello, may I ask what is the reason we add yogurt to the recipe? Sorry, I'm new to baking.

      No problem! Mainly for moisture + works great with leavening agents such as baking powder and baking soda as yogurt contains acidity 😊

    If I don't buttermilk I will substitute with yogurt of milk add white vinegar into milk and wait for 15mins before use.
