In the recipe you say 220 g heavy whipping cream but then you say to add the whipped cream -- is the 220 g the cream before it is whipped or after?

Hi if I don't use green food colour how green do the cupcakes come out
The cupcakes will have more of a yellowish/green color!

Absolutely, normal buttercream will do just as well 😇 I am using a large star tip -> my favorite!
you can also keep the green food coloring out& replace it with a tiny bit of spirulina powder or even matcha!

No problem! Mainly for moisture + works great with leavening agents such as baking powder and baking soda as yogurt contains acidity 😊

If I don't buttermilk I will substitute with yogurt of milk add white vinegar into milk and wait for 15mins before use.
