- On August 28th 2017 we were lucky enough for world championship rider and all round racing legend Kevin Schwantz to visit us here at Wheels Motorcycles. After spending time meeting his fans and signing all manner of items Kevin was kind enough to check out and sign this beautifully restored RGV250 for its very excited owner (Ash) :)

First heard of Kevin from a coworker in Houston who knew him in high school - Insane riding skills and driving skills in a car as well - stories of riding wheelies between stopped cars in rush hour on 610 going over100 mph -

I'd be racking both of my brain cells trying to figure out how I could preserve that signature without messing it up.
@@andrewc0128 easily can be done Kevin come to New Zealand some years ago, and I brought my GSX-R and he signed the fairing and with his race number 34, I went to a panel beater who put a special sealer and a lacquer on it like a clear coat and it stays there forever. Since I sold the bike I imagine it still there👍 by the way, he was a real gentleman who spent time talking to tons of people never seem to look like he was impatient. Was provided a classic bike to ride as it was a classic festival and rode like a Demon like his life depended on it, even though it was just a fun event and no championship etc in it for him ! gave a talk in the evening to the group and was just like a regular bloke. Great respect for him
@@malcolmwhite6588 Texas dudes are like that sometimes. There is a Pepsi Suzuki RGV250 for sale about 5km from my home for about $15,000 and I want it so bad. I believe it is a VJ21, but not sure
