maybe we're linking Susan Triad too much to The Doctor's Tardis, what if she's not The Doctor's Tardis, but the next point in evolution or a different branch of the Tardis ‘race’. I know hearing me say The Tardis Race is absurd, but The Tardis is technically a living organism and we've been told that the Timelords grow Tardis and if like the Regeneration they stole them and genetically modified them to use them as they pleased. I don't know This theory just popped into my head I still have to work it out in my mind

I don't think we'll get any answers this season, for any of the questions, not Susan Triad, not Ruby's origins, not Mrs Flood.
DAMN! Wow. To me she was going to be some villain, maybe - new Missy (someone picked the “tooth” left by the toymaker in the end of the specials) or the one who sleeps mentioned my Maestro

I think Mrs. Flood could be the TARDIS and Susan Twist could be The Master. Susan picked up the gold tooth and The Master possessed her body. The Master and The Doctor team up to fight The Trickster.

I don't think she is either "the" or "a" TARDIS, but rather than her name anagrams TARDIS because something is calling out to the Doctor through this woman. I suspect Susan Triad will be the "real" version of the Susan Twist mystery appearances who gets blasted across time either by or for the purpose of the events of the finale. The reason I think this is that, if you accept that "S. TRIAD" is "TARDIS", then you must also accept the remaining letters in "Susan" ... And nobody wants TARDIS ANUS. (Joking.) Jokes aside, I think Russell is a bit more subtle than this, and that the ending won't be as amazing as your theories.

Susan Twist isn't an anagram for Tardis. I know you put Susan Triad. But when has the word triad ever been mentioned along with her on screen or by Rtd or anyone tied to the show? I've only ever seen fans use that word

I think she might be a tardis who is advanced enough to take humanoid form, rather then a tardis whose soul has been forced into a humanoid body.
