Handling high balls is tricky, but the most important thing you can do to stop missing them is to take your time. Don’t panic! Continue tracking the ball and set up accordingly so that you can select the correct shot for the variety of circumstances you are going to find yourself in.
So blessed that l found you and l never had these lessons since l played tennis...l can transfer my learnings to my children since they're playing tennis... thx much
Can you do a video about high ball when it comes to hit ground strokes? I am always confused about keeping an upward motion or apply a downward motion.
Very interesting.. I had an experience the other day, while playing doubles. I was about 4 ft from the net when the ball was returned hard about a foot over my head but a bit over on my left. I am right handed so this made an awkward one to return. What would have been the right move here? Thanks
Okay, this tennis backhand tutorial is great and all, but I tried it and ended up hitting the ball into a different zip code! Time to call NASA, I'm serving for space exploration now! 🚀🎾 😄

I'm just confused with one thing: What if a ball is fast and above your head? I stick the raquet up and hope, but it doesn't always work

Coach: are you Andre Agassi?
Player: no
Coach: then, never

Backhand smash? Turn your back fully against the opponent then swing.
