Way to being more masculine externally :-
    1. Having a bigger frame / stronger neck / Forearms / traps / glutes / chest / lats and so on.
    2. A great beard
    3. Shorter hairstyles are more masculine but if you can pull off long hair ( having a big frame, sharp jaw then longer hair can be utilized.
    4. Sharp Wide Jawline ( Mewing )
Moreover your masculine persona and masculine energy plays an important role ( the way of the superior man by David Deida - a good book on masculine / feminine energy and the way how a superior man lives)

What will happen when bad things happen in your positive and chirpy life?
Due to toxic shame, you lump your emotions with your character.
That is serious transgression, it is called emotional fusion - and you will end up with depression and more negative - by trying to remove the negative.
Jung said: what you resist, persist.
If you resist negative, you will be thrown negative - that is life, universe law.
      Instead -
try to see negative as invaluable endless stream of valuable data that is teaching you what to avoid and how to adjust your life to it in proper and functional manner.

Not upper traps, i'm talking about the mid traps, rhomboids, upper lats, rear delts etc. If you get your upper back thicker, it will increase the overall size of your upper body like crazy, as well as improving shoulder health. True. I see a lot of heavy guys sitting like pussies in the metro wearing a mask like a dog.
But the physical aspect is still important and necessary. A man doesn't have to be 200lbs of muscle but should be fit and athletic.

@@kevshelby1679 nah most definitely ya physical is almost equally important as ya mental. However literally EVERYTHING comes from your mental from your urge to hit the gym in the first place to the confidence you feel in yourself after you get in shape. My point was that most men focus purely on physical and not enough on the mental which in the grand scheme of things is in fact more important. Literally everything comes from here 🧠⬅️

I reckon pushing your body weight too high won’t really be beneficial. After a certain point you don’t really see a girl more feminine just because she’s more thick. And from girls I asked they think it’s the same for guys. Apart from that, your body have your “desired weight” and going to far above it could be damaging to your health. And for most people eating clean while trying to push your weight is a real struggle, so you most likely need to reinforce your diet with Jeffrey snacks.

I disagree with one point, the bit about clothes. My mom used to buy the types of clothes with the small symbol like adidas or nike all the time. I personally hated them, and I felt uncomfortable in them. I prefer statement clothing with lots of pictures and symbols and stuff like that on it. When I wear clothes I like I feel the most powerful. I think it's most important to wear what you feel most comfortable in and like on yourself more. If you're more confident in yourself you'll naturally command more respect compared to inauthentically wearing more masculine clothing. but I still greatly appreciate the advice 🙏

And I actually became more... confident? Or happy? Regardless the point is, I became more, and I that drive didn't dissipate it grew more until the summer break came along and given the lack of discipline that was in my life and the fact school wasn't there to create it for me. I dwindled out it and I became less.

Again I don't want to sound like those Fitness influencers, but the only exercise that can get a strong and bigger frame and even neck is Olympic Lifting. It helps open the T-spine which improves the frame when you hook the bar over the head and automatically improves the neck area and all the shoulder and triceps areas. Also, sorts of pulls are important, but training separately of the areas is also important.
