How are we supposed to use "orange" in a clever way? Nothing rhymes with orange, it's a mid-tier fruit at best, and a passible flavor of Fanta. I'm at a loss on how to use "orange" in a comment. It just can't be done.
Orange is my favourite colour. I just got the catalyst completed last week with Tommy's as it happens. Although I seem to spend an inordinate another of time throwing grenades.... I prefer puns to alliteration but that was good.
I soloed the dungeon yesterday with devils ruin supremacy and apex 2 phased the first boss 2.5 phased the second boss he had a single beam worth of heath after the second phase and 3 phased the final boss
@@jeffryhuseman I had double heavy ammo finder and one harmonic syphon on the helmet one harmonic loader and two dexs on the arm one of each elemental resist on the chest on the boots I had two solar surges and one harmonic holster and in the bond I had double time dilation the rest were just mods to increase my stats I played strand warlock with necrotics got the first encounter and solar warlock with karnstein armlets for the second and third I ran icarus dash and touch of flame for aspects for fragments I ran empearyn solace the one that gives melee energy on scorched enemy kills and the last one I just used to round out stats so you can using thing that fits your stats tbh for strand lock thee only thing that really matters is using the fragment for woven mail on orb pick up
As a hunter main I refuse to believe my allies staying alive is a good thing because I play solo and having allies conflicts with my lone wolf persona lol
and another silly build is using winterbite in PVP, because you can use the passive shield recharge to mitigate damage and get up close to stick people to death and escape
That fantastic frantic frolic with fire focused flowering alliteration was an orange binge that had me on the fringe of singe-ing of my ears because of how fire that was
Use solar titan with Sol invictus, the firesprite creating aspect, the other one that extend the radiant and restoration by solar kills, 2 solar damage boosters and the exotic Action War Rig. With only these items you'll have near infinite ammunition, you'll be able to trigger massive ingnites, add clear like crazy, create massive healing through your firesprites, sunspots and orb of powers and still have top damage.
You should try double sidearm devils ruin with mechaneers solar hunter, still get the free radiant and scorch and devils ruin with radiant melts absolutely everything. Also since ur running 2 sidearms, u can swap to the other to get the buff, or double swap and have a radiant devils ruin with another buff from Mechaneers adding to about 25-30% dmg increase that refreshes with every kill
A nice touch to making Tommy's Matchbook burn all not bad could be something having to do with anti-Stasis. Similar to those orange boots that Aztecross is still mad about its nerf, the Path of Burning Steps, while on fire from Tommy's, you are much harder for Stasis to affect you? I don't know, sounds like there is an idea there. Another idea could be that while you are on fire from Tommy's, all enemy melees will also burn them? Idk, just something that makes the burning not all bad. Touch of Malice at least you can stay far away and hopefully not get spotted, but Tommy's you have to be in the heat of combat (no pun intended), so some more help I think would be appreciated.
Overall i Really like the wAy most of these bulds looked aNd definitely liked the addition of a pve build, wouldn't minde seeinG morE of those but i'm still hoping that a new hunter pvp build comes along with something more for me to do as the recent nerfs basically killed kingsfang for me...
I like the new season, and the content. As a prominent (among the friend group) Solarlock/Voidlock, seeing the screen bathed and the destructive orange and red flames of space magic makes my brain very happy :)
I find the word orange to be a very clever word. Clever enough to where, dare I say, it stands on its own two feet, needless of further brash to its already ineffable utility.
Tommy’s is lovely and fun, BUT, Polaris lance is an ignition MACHINE when paired with the artifact mods and ember of torches. It’ll cause bosses and champs to start igniting every other precision shot. It’s nuts
I’ve actually not been using too much Solar this season (apart from a few Celestial GG runs in Presage). For me, it’s really been Stomps, Manticore and Strand. I know it sounds weird that in this solar filled season, I’m not going for the fire, but there’s just no place for ORANGE in my purple and green coloured Veist loving heart PVP application? Close To None. But PVE application? 4 different damage resists and shreds going off in tandem, access to suspend, with one suspend applier solving one of Mantcore’s key issues, and a whole lot of situations where you probably should be dead, but decided that was cringe Would recommend for just fooling around a lil in a Nightfall
Solar hunter getting some love through exotics its great, but i think we all expected better buffs for stasis. The orange took the Spotlight this time. Sorry, dark blue, better luck next time
How about a Frostlock using Lethal Abundance with Sever, Frost Pulse, and Vesper of Radius. Rifts and damage reduction for days and you take advantage of the Stasis artifact mods and have room for your favorite exotic heavy or special.

damn, Crit out here spitting BARS, that was smooth also, Celestial Nighthawk's increased super regen works on all subclasses, and it doesn't have to be a Solar precision kill. I was pairing it with Bad Juju on Stasis to get the first or second super every match. It was funny, but not really funny enough to use in anything but an ironic goofy manner.
gotta say, I myself have been using tommys with precious scars for the best pve experience i have had in a long time. Basically everything you said about your warlock build, but you dont need to sit in place in your well and you are constantly keeping your whole team alive :). paired with a blinding GL and you pretty much are the best support a titan can be.
I really like Tommys now that I'm using it with this kewl new build I learned from this awesome video. It's gotta lot orange, more than I expected when hip firing. Thanks, TDT!

Had a Solar Hunter build with Epochal Integration and Celestial Nighthawk that I ran in the Warlord’s ruin dungeon last night. It was great everything was on reddish-yellow fire. Each time I arrived at a damage phase I had my Golden Gun ready to jam into the meatball. Just thought about this, the Golden Gun isn’t really golden it’s more of a red/yellow combination Y’know? Idk just a random thought. Also I had Orange Juice with my breakfast burrito this morning. Just figured I’d mention it, it was a banger burrito.
You have seen so many game use yellow as a color to point out that a weapon is exotic, just due to the fact that gold is a tint of yellow. But back years ago, there was a game called Defiance (yes, that game based on that show) where they didn't use yellow but orange to point out their "exotic" weapons and armor pieces. Now, before you ride this off as me doing a long, drawn-out speech to just use the word orange, no. I also want to point out that in defiance, you could have more than one "exotic" equipment at a time and the game was still balanced. Now I know that the game is dead, 6 feet under in a pine wood box, but you can learn a good hit of game balancing from it. Or at least I think you can.

Solar Titan + Monty + Severance + Throwing hammer = Ad clearing hammer you can spam all day long whilst also constantly healing and buffing. Replace Severance with Synthoceps for a single target destroyer.

At the start of the season I wanted a change up from sunshot while dipping back into using shards and nighthawk so gave tommy's a go. honestly can't recommend it enough with this artifact

Destiny 2 pvp would be so good if it had an actual skill curve, no bullet magnetism, and good balance. But Bungie hates fun, and D2 pvp is just a power fantasy for people who think they are "the shit" at pvp shooters when they are really just shit at pvp shooters
Buried bloodline sidearm a bow with quick access sling.,mechaneers tricksleeves, Nightstalker hunter, echo of vigilance,persistence,starvationleeching, what ever aspects you prefer, relevant siphon mods depending on bow type. Reaper class mod and utility kickstart/powerful attraction mod. If this has been mentioned already I apologise.

The thing that has always bugged the fuck out of me with grenade launchers is the fact that.... Here. Let me put it this way. You're in a fire fight, every nanosecond you're out of cover could mean death, you use a thumper to launch a grenade across to behind your enemy's cover, and it bounces. Bounces off the ground, bounces off the walls, all waiting for an internal fuse to cook down and the grenade to go boom. And because it bounces like a fucking superball, it may be right back in your face when it go boom. THERE IS A REASON WHY REAL WORLD GRENADE LAUNCHERS DON'T WORK THIS WAY

Been running severance in pvp since the buff and it's FUN, use shield bash instead and tag someone once with a hc then bash, SOOO MANY MULTIKILLS WITH IT.

Reasons to run these builds: To Obliterrate Guardians To Rejuvinate your fun To Abuse goofy mechanics To Negate the meta To Generate rage from sweats To Enjoy something new Sometimes, that's all it takes.
If we're doing funny stupid builds for PVE, Apotheosis Veil and Stasis, instead of the orange or lime flavored pain of constant grenades after super, you can get minty blue raspberry flavored pain. It's enough crystals to make my PC drop 40-50 frames in an enclosed area if you break them all at once. This isn't bringing up the machine gun frost bolts. It honestly feels like a better super than the one you exit to access this.
PvE Stupid Builds? Finally a reason to watch this series for something other than the comedy. Won't catch me in a Crucible match ever nooooo thank you. Never gotten a flawless Trials card, never farmed IB for anything other than armor fashion, and I've never touched comp.
2:13 I take no responsibility for hunter's lack of team support. Titan has protec wall. Warlock has heal circle. Hunter has happy feet. I play omnioculus hunter all the time ;( nobody respects me giving them invis and damage resist 4x.
Pair Tommy's with Sol Invictus and Phoenix Cradle, and you've basically got the same build, but on a Titan. Use Actium as a substitute, and you'll clear the room before you even need to reload.
Have any of yall played the new dungeon yet? I heard it’s really good and the encounters are VERY interesting especially the dungeon part itself. Heard there’s a lot of traps and even chests that drop from what I’m told screebs which sounds scary to encounter when trying to just get loot ;-; anyways, I did see the Easter egg in the encounter from pictures and such and I thought it was funny how they played it off. But the atmosphere of the dungeon, from the icy white snow all around you, to the dimly lit hallways inside the dungeon to add more of the atmosphere into it. And on top of that, the matter of solar being so flavorful this season, like a tasteful but sour orange on everyone’s tongues. It’s amazing but difficult with PvP at points, but overall absolutely lovable! What are y’all’s thoughts?
@TDTProductions i just got the vex mythoclast after days of farming for it. I am a f2p player and i don't have access to rain of fire. could i use the first sanguine build with vex instead. You know with the the buffs to the vex it shread these majors faster possibly.
It's awesome hearing some insulting a Hunters intelligence instead of a titans. Healing/help your team should be a no brainer but they are the DMC characters for this game. Dante does the exact same stuff. Good job on the F scented no matter how many times you tried it. That's impressive. Why is the first titan build name a math equation? Is the joke what the math equation is called or just the infinity's in it? I absolutely love the consistent doom music playing with that build tho. What does the hunter build name mean and it should have been with Monty and the Precision knife. I only text should because that would really make shards sing, at least could. As a hunter who has used Omnioculus exactly 1 time since Gyrfalcon's got released and that was the only time I ever used the smoke bomb invis aspect... I'm not sure I understand that bit about "keeping other people alive"

Me, who's already been using Tommy and Sanguine since long before anyone was speaking of it's viability. It was the first ever build I used when I started in Season of the Hunt.

I find that shards actually works a lot better in PvE than PvP this time around. I've gotten down to a 10 second super from the regen.

At the start of the season I wanted a change up from sunshot while dipping back into using shards and nighthawk so gave tommy's a go. honestly can't recommend it enough with this artifact
That’s also exactly why I wanted to use Tommy’s. I’ve been using sunshot for literally every activity for 2 seasons straight pretty much and wanted something new.
Destiny 2 pvp would be so good if it had an actual skill curve, no bullet magnetism, and good balance. But Bungie hates fun, and D2 pvp is just a power fantasy for people who think they are "the shit" at pvp shooters when they are really just shit at pvp shooters

Here. Let me put it this way. You're in a fire fight, every nanosecond you're out of cover could mean death, you use a thumper to launch a grenade across to behind your enemy's cover, and it bounces. Bounces off the ground, bounces off the walls, all waiting for an internal fuse to cook down and the grenade to go boom. And because it bounces like a fucking superball, it may be right back in your face when it go boom.
THERE IS A REASON WHY REAL WORLD GRENADE LAUNCHERS DON'T WORK THIS WAY

Been running severance in pvp since the buff and it's FUN, use shield bash instead and tag someone once with a hc then bash, SOOO MANY MULTIKILLS WITH IT.

To Rejuvinate your fun
To Abuse goofy mechanics
To Negate the meta
To Generate rage from sweats
To Enjoy something new
Sometimes, that's all it takes.
If we're doing funny stupid builds for PVE, Apotheosis Veil and Stasis, instead of the orange or lime flavored pain of constant grenades after super, you can get minty blue raspberry flavored pain. It's enough crystals to make my PC drop 40-50 frames in an enclosed area if you break them all at once. This isn't bringing up the machine gun frost bolts. It honestly feels like a better super than the one you exit to access this.
PvE Stupid Builds? Finally a reason to watch this series for something other than the comedy. Won't catch me in a Crucible match ever nooooo thank you. Never gotten a flawless Trials card, never farmed IB for anything other than armor fashion, and I've never touched comp.

I play omnioculus hunter all the time ;( nobody respects me giving them invis and damage resist 4x.
Pair Tommy's with Sol Invictus and Phoenix Cradle, and you've basically got the same build, but on a Titan. Use Actium as a substitute, and you'll clear the room before you even need to reload.
Give Duality incandescent for ADS and scorch for hip fire, it's a minor change but would allow it to compete in the exotic shottie slot for both PVP/E

Have any of yall played the new dungeon yet? I heard it’s really good and the encounters are VERY interesting especially the dungeon part itself. Heard there’s a lot of traps and even chests that drop from what I’m told screebs which sounds scary to encounter when trying to just get loot ;-; anyways, I did see the Easter egg in the encounter from pictures and such and I thought it was funny how they played it off. But the atmosphere of the dungeon, from the icy white snow all around you, to the dimly lit hallways inside the dungeon to add more of the atmosphere into it. And on top of that, the matter of solar being so flavorful this season, like a tasteful but sour orange on everyone’s tongues. It’s amazing but difficult with PvP at points, but overall absolutely lovable! What are y’all’s thoughts?
@TDTProductions i just got the vex mythoclast after days of farming for it. I am a f2p player and i don't have access to rain of fire. could i use the first sanguine build with vex instead. You know with the the buffs to the vex it shread these majors faster possibly.
Ive stopped using actual builds. I just hit random loadout in DIM and make it work. Surprisingly efective.
It's awesome hearing some insulting a Hunters intelligence instead of a titans. Healing/help your team should be a no brainer but they are the DMC characters for this game. Dante does the exact same stuff.

Why is the first titan build name a math equation? Is the joke what the math equation is called or just the infinity's in it? I absolutely love the consistent doom music playing with that build tho.
What does the hunter build name mean and it should have been with Monty and the Precision knife. I only text should because that would really make shards sing, at least could.

As a hunter who has used Omnioculus exactly 1 time since Gyrfalcon's got released and that was the only time I ever used the smoke bomb invis aspect... I'm not sure I understand that bit about "keeping other people alive"

Me, who's already been using Tommy and Sanguine since long before anyone was speaking of it's viability. It was the first ever build I used when I started in Season of the Hunt.

Save the grenade launcher for barricades, rifts and those directly in front of you. NEVER attempt a killer corner shot or shot where you can't see unless you know where the enemy is. xD
