    Nice video, nice machine. Can I really use this nice machine for a small coffee shop to get a very good espresso, cappuccinos and lattes? Thank you

      You could but you will find if you are busy you won't be able to keep up with demand simply because you are limited to one spout. Only commercial models allow multiple coffee making at once. For instance if you get orders for 8 coffees at once you need to be able to produce them quickly as customers don't like to be kept waiting. Individually or for two small cups this machine is capable of matching any commercial machine on quality but that is always going to be limited by users ability to make a good coffee.

    Why does it still have big bubbles?

    what beans? single or double shot? will almond milk work? so many questions.

    • @qazmko22
      @qazmko22 6 лет назад

      Beans matter less. grind quality matters, you can do it with almost any number of shots, you will just need a bigger cup, and use almond milk would work, it would just be more difficult.

    It’s fine that you show how to steam milk using the automatic mode. Since most customers probably will be a mixture of individual users with very different skillsets and ambitions into the barista craftsmanship, why not show how to steam milk for latte art manually on the oracle - it’s nowhere on RUclips...?

    What kind of milk you used? Full fat or skimmed? What foaming setting you used? These are more important points than showing what you can do!

    I'd like to know what settings and what type of milk used.
    I've had zero luck to date.

      Full cream milk works best, make sure you don't over heat and scald the milk as that will kill any frothiness as does. Also always start from scratch, don't use milk that has already been heated.

    Hi . Can you tell me the type of cup used in the video or the name of the cup . Thanks

      Do you mean the Breville milk jug or the standard cup that you drink the coffee from?

    Seems like he's moving the milk jug in circles but doesn't really explain what he's doing.

    Can you tell name of this espresso machine?

    I just don't buy it. That fake steam wand can't possibly steam milk to latte art quality.

      That was my thought until I tried the same on this machine and it worked. I have the model before this but I think I will be upgrading.

      ***** what foam setting do you keep it on for whole milk? I have not been able to replicate what Phil is showing here on my own Oracle. I just bought mine and I am starting to think it is way much more involved process than he wants us to believe in this video. I have great espresso extractions and the milk froth is great...but the texture is not integrated and the milk wants to always sink to the bottom of the cup rather than float and give you the dot. It is as if the froth is always floating on top of non textured milk and that froth wants to jump out into the cup as you start pouring. And if you swirl and bump then the milk is not textured enough and it does not want to give the dot because it sinks to the bottom! Tips on how to fix this please?

      it is a challenge, at the same time all these latte art videos make one believe it is just a matter of stretching the milk and pouring it. Thanks for the reply.

      @@mabulkhoudoud Hi there, I'' having this exact issue with mine. Did you solve this? Any tips?

    • @TopM48
      @TopM48 4 года назад

      I'm having the exact same issue with mine, if you notice at 0:59 sound of milk frothing starts but the lever never moves to manual or auto, my guess is the milk he uses for art in this video was not made on the oracle, its all just edited to make it look like it was
