Something I'd like to add is that respawing is canon. If you read armored chompers sticker book description it states that he does something to his suit between respawns to make it clank less.
pvz1, gw1, pvz2, and gw2 all exist on the same timeline in that exact order. In pvz 2 plants and zombies fucked up time so badly that the world has been split down the middle with greenery and the undead. Bfn takes place outside of the original timeline, the comics are cannon to the events leading up to bfn not the gw games. In the comics you can clearly see how there still people alive and happy in neighbor Ville despite a zombie/plant war going on. It also explains why bfn art style is much more joyful and jolly, almost like a cartoon. Bfn is the reality if Crazy dave and Zomboss didnt fuck over time, which explains why there's hostile gnomes. Gnomes are the keepers of time, thats why they are hostile towards everyone in gw2. They know that both sides fucked the whole timeline into that position, a stalemate, a war with no end.
The implication that God with a cap G came down, took the form of a peashooter, and decided to join the war to fight off the zombies is probably the most hysterically hilarious things I have ever seen. Amazing job on this video seriously

Idk what to make of the imp prejudice thing, to me it seems they are treated poorly on a base level. Almost like an annoying little cousin or something, but if they hated them so much, why’d they give them giant mechs capable of mass destruction and evolved tech. Rank plate 55 is likely a thing due to midnight chomper. If you didn’t know, the levels that you gain with midnight chomper coincide with the levels you gain as unicorn chomper. Meaning that if you have one maxed out, you will not gain levels by leveling up the other. This is made for players who cannot level up unicorn chomper since they don’t have him but still desire to have max rank. When I got Midnight chomper, I was already a max rank who had maxed unicorn chomper and was confused as to why my rank didn’t go up when I started leveling him up until I thought about it more and had a friend test it with his own midnight chomper. It’s a weird phenomenon that was likely not the original intended plan. I’m sure the original idea was to include more levels to accommodate the new character of midnight chomper but I guess Popcap/Ea never got around to it or scrapped the idea and left 5455 the max rank.
16:18 there’s a pretty big out of bounds glitch in Z tech factory with the All-Star, which allows you to explore the storage areas that can’t be accessed during normal gameplay. I never thought about the brainslug. I always thought they were an octopus. Never thought of them that way. In that case, then perhaps they aren't evil, as you can take them off at any time. I think that it could be possible that plasma peas just shoot with the power of universes and don't really end them. If my theory is true, then that would explain why they are such a broken character.
Plasma pea is existence itself. For every universe, as it travels from his mouth to the target, it lives it’s entire life. It is created, lives, and dies. The bigger ones are so large that they collapse on themselves before ending in a vibrant, climatic final thro of beauty, clinging onto existence a little longer before succumbing, as all existence does. It is not simply murdering countless life. It does not murder at all. The universe lives and dies naturally, each living just as long as it should, the time within seining so much shorter to an outside observer than those who live inside, perceiving it as trillions of years. And then, as it was created, it fizzles out. Like a star, the small ones die easily, fading. The larger ones, so massive that the universe itself collapses onto itself, and the massive ammount a of energy from this cause it to explode. It’s… it’s beautiful. Plasma pea is not merely a god. No. He is much more. He is existence in and of itself. Gods exist because of him, because without him, nothing would exist. He is the fabric of existence. Not reality. Reality is a facet of existence. He is much more. He simply is, and because he is, everything is.

This iceberg started with cool fun facts and ended with theories about mass torture of organisms and a divine creation destroying dimensions to "win the war against the undead"
6:20 mystery of the moon actually has an objective, through the levels there are little secrets, when finding all secrets at the end of the levels crazy dave would tell u u solved the mystery fo the moon, plus at the end u can go back and replay missions to find the secrets.
It’s crazy that it goes this deep, I knew about a ton of the features and glitches and Easter eggs and stuff, but god damn it goes deeper than I thought.
Yooo, much love for the work here holy. Garden Warfare is only a nostalgia game for me but this video bro, actually a banger. super interesting to watch
I feel like after pvz2, plants and zombies have been everywhere throughout time out that point so it makes sense why humans would make statues of them.
you are so underated keep up the good work, sad that we saw nothing related to concept art on art station but thats fine, and there were a couple of innacuracies or thing that were retroacted, example the comics taking place in between gw1 and gw2, it takes place in bfn wich is the prequels before pvz1. if i got some suggestions for ya - A walter white scientist was originaly planned, making sense of the zomboss down trailer, it didn'tmake the cut probably due to the deal falling apart - art station- gordon wang - Trashman and Zomboni Driver were zombie classes for gw1 before getting fused into gravedigger that suffered the fate of getting scrapped - art station gordon wang - Seeds of Time was originally suppose to be the update map in gw1 before getting replaced by Cactus Canyon, making sense for the new time based variant added in the update, it did make the cut in gw2 tho - art station gordon wang
Actually a fun fact about the unused playable gargantuar at 7:42, there is a theory that he was actually supposed to be the original extra class that came before Hovergoat existed. That’s why he’s playable and does overall work perfectly, though he Wa just more a test and the idea of a playable gargantuar was scrapped and replaced by the Hocergoat
wait, do based on the last entry there's a chance that when plasma pea shoots it wipes out their own universe. imagine if that was a feature in the actual game, when you shoot as plasma pea you have a 1 in a billion chance to crash the game.
That would both suck and be cool at the same time (and also be dark) Imagine if insted, it deletes every PVZ game instead. Hopefully that would never happen.
I have a theory for the moon. We know that the sun on the plants side is what gives them power, so perhaps the moon is on the zombie side, hence the face. Also, I beleive the moonworm posters showcase that there are bountys for the moonworm, and that the zombies may eat them. It could be possible that the moon and zomboss have a symbotic releationship instead of a parasitic one. "You can mine my crystals and build things here as long as you clear out my parasites." Now that I think about it, it could be a really cool bosshunt (hunting the moonworms I mean.)
This video changed my perspective on this game,i used to think of miserable never ending soul sucking war,but now its time fracturing world ending battle all for the benefit of 2 leaders one on plants and 1 for the zombies its funny to think how even undead humans still destroy everything around them and how we bring havoc to everything
Regarding the imp part: Imps are also strapped to bombs and used as kamikaze-bombers, in the all-stars imp punt and Long bomb abilities, and the two exploding imp NPCs
Something I can add is that chomper can somewhat eat other plants and rose can goatify plant pots, causing them to move (both team swap glitches). Also sunflower can not heal fire damage inflicted by other fire plants. (Also team swap)
i might be late but at the 28:04 the teleporter sends you to an island (like the island youre on during customization in multiplayer) out of bounds after you are teleporter there the camera changes to the animation of you going around circles while you wait but if you enter alot of times while getting errors you will glitch the camera and see you standing in the middle of darkness. i took a screenshot of how it looks
I also have something that I dont think many people realize. when the zombies/plants are knocked out, they are playing dead. evidence for this is that the sounds they make when they die are so over the top. my favorite example of this is the engineer in gw1. you can also sometimes see some plants/zombies in gw1 open their eyes a little bit and look around. engineer death sound(s): -> ruclips.net/video/cRho0FxXVMo/видео.html (also another crossover reference is that the enginger in gw1 can wear a steve from minecraft mask.)
I feel like the only time the plants and zombies die for real is when they’re eaten by a chomper, or banished by cozmic brainz. But then again they can just respawn so I don’t really know
if Sportz Juice was in the game it would have a 60 sec cooldown and you could use it for 20 secs. so for abilities: All-Star's sprint tackle turns into giga tackle it does 80 dmg and has a 2 second cooldown, for imp punt it turns into giga plant punt so giga All-Star gets close to a plant and you use plant punt he punts a plant 6 feet in front of him it also knocks other plants to the side it has a 1 second cooldown, for his dummy shield it turns into meat shield he uses a plant close to him and holds it up in front of him using it gives him 50 additional armor. for his primary weapon/melee attack he has a 3 combo attack he punches(10 dmg) he kicks with his spikey cleats(30 dmg) and to finish his combo he does a giga football smash(50 dmg), for his secondary weapon/long range attack he throws a football at mock speed(10 dmg per football) and thats it......... oh and you would buy it from Rux for 1M coins
Very good video, only like 2 or 3 things I didn't know those being that red light on zombopolis and the big shark easter egg in GW1 and maybe something else but I forget
so in the canon as mentioned in one of the comics apparently all the humans are on a big cruise and crazy dave isnt invited hence why he stays back and helps out (i could be wrong this is old info i dont 100% remember clearly)
A thing about gnome vision was apparently people reported seeing figures, presumably gnomes, stalking them. When they’d look at the gnomes, they’d hide.
Im so glad that they stuck with the classic Peashooter design and not that snail of a class. I mean, why tf would they give Peashooter EYE STALKS!? And the head has SO many warts. Not to mention the amount of pea pods.
So basically Plasma Pea solos all of fiction cause he can just respawn so he never dies and if he’s literally god he’s hitting enemy’s with literal galaxies with every shot and who knows how many with a fully charged shot
Another interesting thing that came to my mind are singularities: if they're, as science proves, the centerbof a black hole, shouldn't they just suck up the entire map inside of them? And this begs the question, if they're about cat/dino robot sized, how big are the cat/dino really?
I bought GW1 a whle back after playing GW2 for a couple years specifically for Boss Mode. There's a few mechanical differences between the games that make GW1 a bit of a pain (regen stopping at 50%, anyone?) so I literally main Boss Mode. it 's a much more chilled out way to play the game and I've gotten genuinely good at it. You just have to learn how to use your abilities correctly to support your team as much as possible.
The plants and zombies having “warped” is probably because they have been fighting since the beginning of time, as references in some BFN trailer or cinematic.
30:00 I think the game developers who made the Brain Slugs were referencing Futurama because they probably liked Futurama. Super Brainz also has a different kind of Brain Slug too though
i remember once while playing garden ops after i selected a character i was put into some spectator mode where i could move up down left right freely and i could phase through walls my character model was also not there. all i can remember was it was the egypt map and i chose the pharaoh flower
I feel like Bling Chomper would have had a similar projectile as Archeologist. I also have a theory that the zombies arent really...bad? Its shown in BFN that zombies that interact with a certain mushroom will gain their intelligence back, however Zomboss considers it a disease. I feel like Zomboss is purposefully making zombies dumb to keep his army loyal.
It would be so cool to have Crazy Dave as a Playable character in the plant side. Instead of attacking directly he could just plant potted plant for free or something.
I have a theory about PvZ gw2: the multiplayer games are all controlled by the timeless ones because I’m one of the multiplayer maps if zombies win they make it so the place where the backyard is has 0 sunlight aka a total end so my theory is every match is a different outcome to entertain the timeless ones and they rewind time to a different outcome to entertain them because one of the tips says : the timeless ones are watching act on your best behavior: meaning they know every little thing. See ya
Crazy seeing all these glitches after the only ones i knew was glitching into the town house and crashing the game by defending the flag for long enough in gw2
The constellation stuff related to the secret room in the target practice room is pretty interesting too I thought. I wonder why it was never included in the iceberg

I didn't really know much about these things since wikis don't give that much information, and even though I'm a big PvZ fan, I still have to play all the shooters 😭
For a first video, the editing, music selection, edition, narration and in general how well done it is is quite incredible!! The microphone may not be perfect but still understandable to hear :) great job 👍
So well made. Never thought there was this much depth in the game. Great video bro! You earned a sub. 🔥
Fantastic job with this! Made me think deeper into GW especially the "plants and zombies ruined time" point
W video. It's nice to see Garden Warfare community still alive.
this video is just amazingly put together and is just a nice video to watch, props to u man you deserve a lot more recognition for this
This iceberg started with cool fun facts and ended with theories about mass torture of organisms and a divine creation destroying dimensions to "win the war against the undead"
7:44 correction, this is proved to be a test class for multiple things, one of them has to be movement
Yooo, much love for the work here holy. Garden Warfare is only a nostalgia game for me but this video bro, actually a banger. super interesting to watch
solace was so fitting for the abyss section, nice pick
Another thing of imp prejudice is in zomburbia where zomboss uses an imp as a stepping stool during his speech
I feel like after pvz2, plants and zombies have been everywhere throughout time out that point so it makes sense why humans would make statues of them.
you are so underated keep up the good work, sad that we saw nothing related to concept art on art station but thats fine, and there were a couple of innacuracies or thing that were retroacted, example the comics taking place in between gw1 and gw2, it takes place in bfn wich is the prequels before pvz1.
if i got some suggestions for ya
- A walter white scientist was originaly planned, making sense of the zomboss down trailer, it didn'tmake the cut probably due to the deal falling apart - art station- gordon wang
- Trashman and Zomboni Driver were zombie classes for gw1 before getting fused into gravedigger that suffered the fate of getting scrapped - art station gordon wang
- Seeds of Time was originally suppose to be the update map in gw1 before getting replaced by Cactus Canyon, making sense for the new time based variant added in the update, it did make the cut in gw2 tho - art station gordon wang
Now we all know Plasma Pea mains are a threat to society.
Yeah.
@@miniman04X Damn your here too?
wait, do based on the last entry there's a chance that when plasma pea shoots it wipes out their own universe. imagine if that was a feature in the actual game, when you shoot as plasma pea you have a 1 in a billion chance to crash the game.
That would both suck and be cool at the same time (and also be dark)
Imagine if insted, it deletes every PVZ game instead.
Great video keep up the good work
This video changed my perspective on this game,i used to think of miserable never ending soul sucking war,but now its time fracturing world ending battle all for the benefit of 2 leaders one on plants and 1 for the zombies its funny to think how even undead humans still destroy everything around them and how we bring havoc to everything
Looking deeper into PvZ GW lore is terrifying and scary af lol
Literally bro
Top tier content good job man
Great video. better than I could ever hope of doing. 10/10
sharing, very good content!
i might be late but at the 28:04 the teleporter sends you to an island (like the island youre on during customization in multiplayer) out of bounds after you are teleporter there the camera changes to the animation of you going around circles while you wait but if you enter alot of times while getting errors you will glitch the camera and see you standing in the middle of darkness. i took a screenshot of how it looks
i dodnt knkow that..
22:14 makes sense because a plane goes by in gw2 with banner saying: "neighborville closed due to zombie invasion" it's either in gw2 or BFN
In BFN
idk why but the disclaimer at the start mixed with the video and music was super funny to me
the gnome depot one is surreal, i remember telling everyone about that because i saw it in the co-op TV screen (or whatever it was)
I also have something that I dont think many people realize. when the zombies/plants are knocked out, they are playing dead. evidence for this is that the sounds they make when they die are so over the top. my favorite example of this is the engineer in gw1. you can also sometimes see some plants/zombies in gw1 open their eyes a little bit and look around. engineer death sound(s): -> ruclips.net/video/cRho0FxXVMo/видео.html
(also another crossover reference is that the enginger in gw1 can wear a steve from minecraft mask.)
I feel like the only time the plants and zombies die for real is when they’re eaten by a chomper, or banished by cozmic brainz. But then again they can just respawn so I don’t really know
yeah@@Erik.V401
if Sportz Juice was in the game it would have a 60 sec cooldown and you could use it for 20 secs. so for abilities: All-Star's sprint tackle turns into giga tackle it does 80 dmg and has a 2 second cooldown, for imp punt it turns into giga plant punt so giga All-Star gets close to a plant and you use plant punt he punts a plant 6 feet in front of him it also knocks other plants to the side it has a 1 second cooldown, for his dummy shield it turns into meat shield he uses a plant close to him and holds it up in front of him using it gives him 50 additional armor. for his primary weapon/melee attack he has a 3 combo attack he punches(10 dmg) he kicks with his spikey cleats(30 dmg) and to finish his combo he does a giga football smash(50 dmg), for his secondary weapon/long range attack he throws a football at mock speed(10 dmg per football) and thats it......... oh and you would buy it from Rux for 1M coins
Very good video, only like 2 or 3 things I didn't know those being that red light on zombopolis and the big shark easter egg in GW1 and maybe something else but I forget
seeing pvz gw1 gameplay just gives me so many flashbacks to when i played it on xbox 360
The fact that plasma pea is literally a god in gw2 baffles me because that means he has the highest kill count out of every video game character ever
When you mentioned Zircanium for a second i thought it was the lunar equivalent of salt
Great Iceberg video! Love the Danganronpa music, keep up the good work!
so in the canon as mentioned in one of the comics apparently all the humans are on a big cruise and crazy dave isnt invited hence why he stays back and helps out (i could be wrong this is old info i dont 100% remember clearly)
Honest opinion first few minutes "this beat go hard i know im in for a banger video" keep up the good work dog i believe in you
This video started out so run of the mill that by the last few entries I was in tears laughing. Fucking brilliant.
The zombies must be pretty strong since they can survive a direct hit from it
For a first iceberg its great you just got a new subscriber
The background music is loud as hell but aside from that, 10/10 video, diabolical
Really well made
This video made me realize that Zomboss is actually the most cruel villain in all media, thats so fuckin funny
The plants and zombies having “warped” is probably because they have been fighting since the beginning of time, as references in some BFN trailer or cinematic.
Don't forget that you can play the gravedigger with mods!
30:00 I think the game developers who made the Brain Slugs were referencing Futurama because they probably liked Futurama. Super Brainz also has a different kind of Brain Slug too though
Also, with the All-stars sports juice, the alternate ability to the dummy is the advertisement board that has the sports drink on it.
Pvz Easter eggs and glitches but it slowly gets creepier
I love this intro you made for the iceberg
i remember once while playing garden ops after i selected a character i was put into some spectator mode where i could move up down left right freely and i could phase through walls my character model was also not there. all i can remember was it was the egypt map and i chose the pharaoh flower
Pretty good video bro
I feel like Bling Chomper would have had a similar projectile as Archeologist.
I also have a theory that the zombies arent really...bad? Its shown in BFN that zombies that interact with a certain mushroom will gain their intelligence back, however Zomboss considers it a disease. I feel like Zomboss is purposefully making zombies dumb to keep his army loyal.
Also worth noting that in the pvz gw games, zombie rehibilation exists.
It would be so cool to have Crazy Dave as a Playable character in the plant side. Instead of attacking directly he could just plant potted plant for free or something.
21:39 according to the comics, everyone was given a free ice cream cruise invitation so they could be protected
This is the kind of PvZ Iceberg i could get behind
There should be also entry about space gun. Coffin zombie in gw1 was rarely using it :)
See ya
I was playing pvz gw2 13 hours ago and it’s just so exciting seeing that people still play and care about the game
Seeing all the unused bosshunts makes me wish they did garden warfare 3 instead of what bfn became. Imitater boss fight would've gone so hard
IVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS VIDEO
I can't believe the first character I unlocked was God
Crazy seeing all these glitches after the only ones i knew was glitching into the town house and crashing the game by defending the flag for long enough in gw2
thank u sir I like the content pvz gw1 was always a special game for me and many others
The constellation stuff related to the secret room in the target practice room is pretty interesting too I thought. I wonder why it was never included in the iceberg
Thank you for telling,e that mission of the moon wasn’t a dream
