Make sure ur drivers r up to data I would also recommend optimising Fortnite on Nadia control panel if you don’t know how there is a lot of good tutorials
are u slow it says "NO" texture streaming it makes it to where the texture streaming which is default turns to off which results into MORE fps@@portzzyy
Texturestreaming means that it loads the texture when needed with that command line u always have textures loaded so if u have more than 4gb vram this commandline might help@@aspectzee

Change ram take 16gb 3600mhz

Ram could be a issue, try going to 16 gbs at 3200 at least, should be able to pick up a cheap dual channel ram set for 16gbs

Not really but really it preloads the game on start and will help fps and fix all studdering cuz the stuff is already rendered in
