I'm a Korean. I found some wrong image matchings.
0:42 2:30 are Korean men clothing. Manggeon(hairband) is unique style of men's hanbok.
And 1:06 2:12 2:45 are Korean costume.
DoPo(outer robe or overcoat) with Sejodae(a waist strap) is unique style of men's hanbok.
I guess staffs may have referenced Korean dramas.

I looked up some information. You are right. That kind style Wangjin seems to appeared in the late Joseon time when the Ming Dynasty had already ended.
Yep, Chinese Wangjin covered most of the head, while the Korean Manggeon evolved into a style that covered the forehead. While Wangjin also used horsehair, other materials were more popular vs. Manggeon primarily used horsehair

@@superpowerdragon initially, there was only one Viet (越) ethnic group. the origin is Bách Việt (百越), named by the Han people, later the country was named after this ethnic group. in order not to create separation from other ethnic groups in the territory, the Viet (越) people are called Kinh (京) people. to put it simply, chinese includes Han people and other ethnic minorities, vietnamese includes Viet (or Kinh) people and other ethnic minorities, so Việt phục is only for the Viet people. i understand that Hanfu is belong to Han people, not all chinese. but in our case, our race is called Viet just like the country’s name :D

You know very little about the history of clothing. The hairband you are talking about, called net scarf in China, was invented in Ming Dynasty and later introduced into Li's Joseon (Ming Dynasty vassal).
The clothes you mentioned in 1:06 are half arm and Taoist robe of Ming Dynasty. The prototype of the half arm of the Ming Dynasty was formed in the Northern Song Dynasty (960-1127 AD), and this kind of dress has appeared in the paintings of the Song Dynasty (Wenhui Picture). After the fall of the Song Dynasty, the Mongols (1271) entered China to establish the Yuan Dynasty and introduced the half arm to the Wang's Goryeo (a vassal state of the Yuan Dynasty).
@JuriK There are many styles of Chinese net scarf , there are two kinds of cultural relics at present, one is the full-package , the other is half-package of net scarf, the latter is known as the "lanshou", with the Korean net scarf very similar.

Nhiều con 🐸 nó bảo Việt Nam! mình mặc Hanfu mới hài...Các nền văn hoá ảnh hưởng lẫn nhau..Kungfu và văn hoá phật giáo cũng ảnh hưởng từ ấn độ..kể cả văn hoá champa,khomer cũng ảnh hưởng từ ấn cả..Nói về cái nôi của văn hoá tui nghĩ ấn là lớn nhất..cả trang phục hiện đại..áo véc này nọ cũng từ Châu âu mà ra..chưa kể TQ xâm luoc Việt Nam! 1000 năm nên nền văn hoá Việt Nam! ảnh hưởng rất nhiều từ TQ nhưng dưới sự thiết kế của ng Việt đã thoát ly cái gọi là Hanfu hay TQ " Đông Á bệnh phu " 🥱
Trung Quốc có hàng chục dân tộc với bộ gen khác nhau...cứ ng Hán xâm lược quốc gia nào là vơ vét văn hoá của nước đó...nên nhìn Hán phục hao hao tất cả các quốc gia khác..Ng Phía Nam là Bách Việt ..ng phia Bắc là Hán tộc..ng Mãn thanh,ng Mông cổ,ng Tân Cương để đê quản lý nên họ gọp hết thành người Hân chứ có giống nhau cái cm gì đâu?

A country may contain many ethnic groups with each style. (ex. China, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Vietnam...)
Each Han(漢) people live in different country has different style.
and Korea, Japan are the most homogenous country. their styles are very unique and easy to distinguish.
China is officially a homogenous country BUT there are many beautiful ethnic groups with pretty cultures there!! and they are NOT Chinese! Each ethnic group has their own name! To its embarrassment, they are just in China's domain.

I think Chinese hanfu is as beautiful as hanbok. Culture is about exchanging with each other, not unilaterally crossing from one side to one side. In particular, I love the costumes of the Tang Dynasty! (Chinese people say that the Tang Dynasty costume is Hanfu.) Tang Dynasty Hanfu is so lovely:) Sometimes I feel ashamed of a few Koreans who say that all Hanfu originated in hanbok or that all Hanfu is a fantasy. I think there's some misunderstanding that Korean people has on word "Hanfu"
cuz Koreans don't have much knowledge about ancient Chinese clothing nor do they have any interest on China or Chinese things.
So, it's natural for some Koreans that it looks like Chinese is claiming Hanbok's ownership cuz the word "Hanfu" and "Hanbok" sounds similar to them.
Also, you have to note that, chinese have been claiming so many Korean things as theirs for a long time such as kimchi, kpop, etc.
Me as a Korean never knew "Hanfu" was a thing, cuz not only in movies, but many history books say "qi pao" as Chinese ancient clothing.

11:24 this one was actually Hanfu worn by a Chinese but the background where he took the photo was in VietNam. So it's not Vietphuc :DD
regaurdless of the background of the photo, this style was worn by both the Vietnamese and Chinse.
